Great BASIC speakers for a monitor

Not What I Was Looking For

These are probably very good speakers for an office computer or for someone who wants decent sound for their Facebook videos. Good punchy bass and clear highs. Overall, about on par with a stock car stereo. But my son is a gamer and these just didn't have the meat he was looking for. Not nearly enough rumble or thump and the high end rolls off above the upper mids.. Buzzy at loud volume. Returned these and spent a little more for a good gaming headset.
