TSA opened my bag when travelling recently and when I got to my destination my Fitbit Alta HR charger was missing. I had to get a replacement charger because I knew my Fitbit wouldn't last the entire 10 days of my trip. Like another reviewer, the picture on the box is a bit deceptive; had to have a Best Buy Associate open the box to make sure I was getting the correct charger. Especially with the cost of these chargers, I didn't want to end up with the wrong one while travelling.

I searched for 3 days for my FITBIT charger before I finally gave in and purchased another. This purchase was just to replace a lost one. [I found the original shortly after my purchase! Go figure!] At the store my search for the product was frustrating because I couldn't find it on the shelf even though the inventory indicated there were 3. The store layout of the FITBIT accessories is not user friendly.

Purchased this charging cable because my FitBit Alta charging cable broke. Works well, haven't had any issues with it.

I was so glad to find out that I could purchase a new charger for my Fitbit Ulta without having to buy the complete set. My original charger broke and would not charge my Fitbit. The new charger works perfectly.

This is exactly the right charger for my fitbit alta HR. I found it to be a perfect replacement for the original. I read reviews and do price comparisons and Best Buy had the best of both, plus I was able to pick it up the same day. No shipping required. I would buy this product again.

I love this charger, charges fast! My Fitbit Alta HR battery does not last the 7 days that it was supposed to ... maybe 1 or 2 days maximum. When I need to charge it, it's inconvenient... luckily with this charger, I know that it will be charged fully in 20 minutes or so. (I hate losing steps!)

Needed a replacement charger for my Alta HR. This is exactly like the one that came with my Fitbit.
