I really like the added security this product offers. It did have a few glitches after installation. I had to go back to the Best Buy installer to have him reset the system twice. Unsure what the problems are but resetting it did work.

I got this as an addon to my remote start kit. It has more buttons than the one that came with my original one. It works as intended, but as it's only one way, sometimes I don't realize my car has started and try to start it again only to have it stop. But, I knew this before I bought it.

Overall it was a nice key for self starting my vehicle, but I had to return it since I needed extra money!

I don’t like the remote and I don’t like the alarm system because it doesn’t work properly you have to use the key to open the door because the alarm will not go off and it’s messed up the car I can’t even get in my car because the alarm system won’t even open the door so I’m not happy with it at all I’m ready for them to take it out

Works good , but the only problem I have is I would have wanted 2 of them and they are to expensive . Should have 2 in the set for any Car or truck

waiting along time for someone from best buy to tell me the right product to replace my orginial one that kept messing up for three years

Better than the small control the unit comes with. I live the different buttons, and you know what your pressing at all times with the smaller button was a guessing game.

Incomplete information about the viper remote start product and its operating capabilities , I am still confused on its capabilities or lack of. Installers kept the truck clean,however i am disappointed with the lack of horn and security features. I was not informed about this product,very poor communications on their part. I wouldn't recommend an inexperienced person to purchase a product from this company. Consumers need to be informed completely about their purchases. The technicians are over worked and the consumers are left in limbo.

Good remote control great quality but it unfortunately was not compatable with my model alarm.

Purchased this when remote that came with starter stopped working. This one is much better than the one I got originally. Wish this one had come with my starter when I purchased it 8 months ago

The remote works perfect for all the features and the beep is a great volume to know if auto-start has been enabled.

Techs gave me excellent service. They worked really hard to take care of my problem with my car remote. And handle my issue in a very professional way.

Very happy with this remote. It starts my car and lock/unlocks over 100 ft away. It is very thin compared to regular car fobs, making it easier to carry on my keychain.

This remote has more functions than the stock model that comes with the unit. I am able to incorporate my trunk to the remote and it has further range too...

Works great with the ability to adjust settings like the sensitivity, all through the app!

I bought this as second Key fob as an add on. There unit works great, no issues do far.

I was hoping would replace the broken fob I had installed by BestBuy. However, to connect this fob I was going to have to pay an additional $25.00 installation fee. $75 later I may as well have a new installation.
