When I purchased this warranty for a new smart TV, I didn't really expect to need it, however, Murphy's law, right? Scheduling was no problem, and the guys were right on time. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable, they identified the problem quickly and ordered the part immediately. Returned a couple of days later, completed the repair, and ran through several trials and set-ups to ensure the TV and all connections were working properly. Additionally, they called back a week later to make sure we weren't having any problems. Although the warranty has already paid for itself, the peace of mind it provides would have been worth the cost.

i was a day away from getting on 8hr road trip to florida and dropped my phone face first on rile flooring... needless to say my phone face was shattered and unusable... i went to best buy and immediately because of my protection plan i was able to replace phone..the only thing is i had to buy new protection plan for new phone. dont leave without purchasing a protection plan you never know when you might need it... it can make the difference between paying low protection plan price or high price of buying product completely out of pocket...

I BOUGHT THE INSURANCE WITH MY IPHONE 6S AND END UP USING IT 3 MONTHS IN FOR HARDWARE MALFUNCTION AND THEY LINKED IT TO MY REWARDS NUMBER SO THEY LOOKED IT UP 15 MINS LATER THEY ASKED. FOR MY DEBIT VISA AS A BACK UP JUST IN CASE YOU DONT SEND IN YOUR OLD PHONE THEY WILL CHARGE 250 BUT DONT WORRY NO CHARGES THE BRAND NEW PHONE NOT A REFURBISHED PHONE SHOWEF UP 3 DAYS LATER WORKED AWESOME. DONT WASTED YOUR MONEY PAYING MONTHLY JUST PAY ONCE OR ON YOU BB CREDIT CARD

I've been a Best Buy customer for several years and with that I have bought more than 6 TVs, home appliances, computers, tablets, phones, you name it. To all I have added Best Buy Geek Squad protection plans. Few times I have had to use the plan services, however, every time any of then have had a problem Best Buy repaired it at no cost, got me a new one or I have received full reimbursement if the item was not repairable. Best security for my money:)

If you're anything like me, you can't decide whether to purchase a warranty. When I bought my previous mobile phone, I made the decision to buy the warranty. Recently, my phone became possessed, so I went back to Best Buy to invest in a new phone. Turns out, the warranty I had purchased was 4 days shy of expiring, so Best Buy replaced my phone for FREE! I most certainly chose to buy the warranty on the new phone, too. I am very pleased.

My warranty expired on September 2016 and I went to change my phone and possibly get an upgrade.. When I went to exchange my phone because my speaker was Not working properly. ..I was told that my warranty Had Expired ..it is now November 2016 ,, and I wish I would've received an Email about my warranty expiring, , like I usually get with my other products I've purchased. . So kinda sad about this and have to Purchase a Entirely New phone now...

Really happy I purchased this warranty! I was trying to resolve an issue with my cellphone's GPS, which ultimately was traced to the aluminum case, and I called the warranty service who gave me no hassle whatsoever in the replacement. Although there was no phone available at the time, they sent me a check for the full puchase price in days, and I used it to puchase as new phone

I will always bu as well as recommend to buy from best buy and defiantly purchase Geek squad for any of my family's electronics because, I have had nothing but great experiences with it for 4yrs + Is the best!!!!!!

This coverage was put to use when I accidentally dropped my Nexus 6P 5 too many times and at an unfortunate angle. The details have changed for this coverage since I purchased it and used it but none the less this is FAR MORE ECONOMICAL THAN MONTH TO MONTH INSURANCES THROUGH THE MOBILE CARRIER.

Had to use the protection last two phones I brought. First phone I had the screen broke, took it in to Best Buy got an replacement immediately. Second phone malfunctioned, took in, same great service. So much can happen to cell phones, I just think it is important to get the protection.

I needed to have data and other items pulled from my laptop that I could not access through Windows. Additionally, the laptop was messing some of the keyboard keys. Geek Squad accessed and moved everything I needed to an external hard drive I purchased from Best Buy.

I can relax knowing that it my child accidentally damage his phone that it is protected. The price for this protection is such a small price and I get the assurance of being able to receive a new one if damaged. I appreciate the sales clerk for informing me of this great offer.

Well I hate to say it, but congrats Best Buy/Geek Squad! You guys finally do the whole insurance/support/savior thing like it is supposed to be done. Fast, friendly, and quick! What more can you ask for? Looking forward to working with them on future products

my mother came in to see if she could receive protection on her laptop. she was greeted by one of the squad members who was able to answer all of her questions. and believe me she had a ton of questions. he was very helpful. so now her laptop is protected

I have bought Geek Squad Protection on multiple products and it has always been a great experience. Best Buy has always given me great customer service. Accidental Damage and Handling protection is a MUST HAVE on any daily use electronics.

I know not all of their protection plans are perfect, but I have to say... Best Buy Protection Plans have saved me on multiple occasions! I hate to purchase any product without one! THANKS for saving us yet again, BestBuy!

Just don't like having to buy a new phone and THEN sending the old one in for reimbursement of payment. Haven't had to use it since they changed that detail so I don't know how smoothly this new way of replacing the phone works.
