I've purchased many products from Best Buy with Geek Squad protection. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if I have a problem, The Geek Squad is ready and able to help me resolve it.

I had an issue with a new PC I had just bought within days of purchase. I took it back to the store and they offered to do a full free diagnosis or trade it out for a new unit. Comfort is king when it comes to spending and this gives me good peace of mind.

Hope we don’t need them but it’s nice to know they are there ready to help.

I was worried about they were using unknown maker components, but turned out all the components came with this system were name brand! Gigabyte motherboard, XFX GPU, Western Digital M2 SSD. Setup was much simpler than HP or Dell computers since it's not installed all the junks. Great price for this quality.

purchased based on the fact that my current build was 8 years old and needed a new desktop. Purchased this product and couldnt be happier. This Desktop is so snappy with anything I throw at it. No issues whatsoever. You cant even tell its running

This is my first PC and I had it for a couple hours and I love it and hads no problems yet.It's very fast and has no errors or any problems when I using a app.It's a good pc for starters that has a budget for their gaming setup.

Great experience purchasing on Best Buy this gaming PC. The selection was broad, and it was easy to filter down based on my gaming needs, budget and specifications. I was able to spot a good gaming PC for my budget and it arrived very well packaged. The tracking was excellent and the set up easy. Now the PC has a flaw on the cooling system and some apps will shut down under load (such as some Occulus VR programs) so I will upgrade with a better cooling fan.

The PC is a monster! I get over 100 frames on every game at high-fidelity settings. Would highly recommend it to gamers. It also does a good job with temperature; my room does not feel like a furnace.

I got this PC a few months back, mostly just to stream and game on it really does the job well it came packaged VERY secured I recommend every to have a reliable PC, I plan to add upgrades to the storge and graphics card other then that I'm one satisfied customer.

First pc had to return it back,2 one works great!!!!

I'm taking online courses four school and I have multiple windows open at once, which is why i went with the 27" Lenovo. I picked it up this morning, started the initial setup and was finally able to start using it. I love the size and touch feature. It makes everything much easier. It's a great computer........Except the fact that i can't open ANY of my pictures from the desktop or the File Explorer >:( i have tried EVERYTHING but nothing has worked.. I'm now currently on with Windows Chat support trying to figure it out. That is why i only gave 3 stars.

This insurance saved me hundreds of dollars. My computer screen broke and was replaced quickly for a small deductible. A must have.

This game is great for starters I don’t play a lot of the new games that take up memory but it is pretty good

You can never go wrong with extra protection. Had this coverage on another item in past and it payed off!
