I bought the ROG Xbox Ally looking for a powerful portable console, and it delivers very well technically. The device features an AMD Ryzen Z-series processor, accompanied by 16 GB of RAM, which allows it to run current PC games stably, especially at 900p or 1080p resolutions with medium settings. In well-optimized titles, the performance is solid and consistent. The 7” Full HD 120 Hz screen with FreeSync is one of its strongest points: it offers excellent fluidity, good touch response, and very good color reproduction. The refresh rate is quite noticeable in competitive or fast-paced games. Running Windows 11, the console allows you to install multiple launchers (Xbox App, Steam, Epic, etc.), which gives it a clear advantage over closed systems. The Xbox-style interface makes navigation with controllers easy, although for some tasks it's still necessary to use desktop mode. In terms of connectivity, the USB-C port with video output, the microSD card reader, and the ability to connect peripherals significantly expand its use, even as a mini PC. The SSD is fast, and the system responds well overall. The battery life is adequate for the hardware it integrates: in demanding games, it lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours, and it extends further in less demanding titles or by adjusting the power profile. Taking care of my Rog ally x and trying to be prompt repair or replace since the windows 11 update for 10/27/25 corrupted the os no out of pocket expense for anything and worse case i can get full store credit

I was skeptical at first aftear hearing how many issues this device had but it turned out to be great! It was definitely worth the upgrade from a steam deck. The screen is far better with the 120 hz refresh rate and the colors are much more vibrant as well. I never ran into any ground breaking issues thankfully after having it for months now. Also, the fact that I am no longer limited to what games I can play is also a huge bonus as opposed to being very limited with the steam deck. But I do wish the ROG ALLY could've provided a console like experience with it's own UI similiar to that of SteamOS. That's an experience I truly miss from the steam deck but overall this was a worthy purchase!

The practical assistance that the GeekSquad offers is what makes the plan worth considering' the accidental break coverage is what i saw that i decided was the best thing to have. Espe ially with a new shape,size,and something that is intended to be.carried and used portably it has oppurtu ities that it is dropped or falls. The GSBTP offers a gauruntee that ill either have the money i spent on the Lenovo Legion Go or ill have the lenovo legion Go and that i wont have to pay any additional monies to have it fixed. I recomend it!

I didn't get Geek to install my monitor but they are fast and they do an awesome job on your computers and they could've done a great job installing my mount but it was not that hard so I installed it myself.

Found this to be the best value for my updated Rog Ally. Did two years with the thought of rapid updates in this field and possibly selling it later on. Nice to know I have it.

Got this for My Original Rog Ally Z1 Extreme. Happy with the protection. Have never had to use it fortunately but nice to have. 3 years is the best value

My first handheld pc and i absolutely loved it, only had it for a week and unfortunately due to having a house fire I had to return it cause of smoke damage. So waiting patiently to get back

Definitely not much to say here, geeksquad always comes in clutch and I never buy a product without it. Got it for my Legion Go S without hesitation.
