Ok for 10 year old, sluggish for Roblox. Intended for occasional casual use, and playing Roblox. It is sluggish and frustrating for him to use. Will be looking to purchase a gaming laptop with a quad core processor and a dedicated graphics card with separate Video memory.

Well worth the money to know that any issues or help that we need to set-up and run our computer the Greek Squad was there to help. Also if my son has any issues thru out the school year he can call them at anytime for help.

I'm knowledgeable when it comes to computers. However, I still find problems on the computer. The Geek Squad help is wonderful--been using it for years, and they've always been able to resolve issues.Wouldn't be without it.

I know what you're thinking - warranties are useless... right? NO! The Geek Squad warranty is awesome and covers literally anything that can happen to the laptop except submerging it in water or theft. Definitely get it!

When buying premium laptops, this 3-year plan is a no-brainer. Im hoping I wont need it, but lets be real, life happens and Im so glad I dont have to worry about anything. I just keep my data backed up and im worry-free. :)

Kudo to the Geek Squad. They have come through several times saving my computer. On my new computer, they immediately updated my computer and deleted all the junk that comes on a new computer that normally slows it down.

These folks are the BEST!! I had a problem on my newest laptop that came when I downloaded some things off my older one. They were able to clean up both laptops and they are both just like new. Thanks Geeks.

Geek protection overall is very good. They set up this computer and I was pleased. The only problem I had was they did not install Kaspersky which was part of the setup, I installed it myself which wasn't a big deal

We purchased the plan for our teenage grandson's laptop. When he accidentally cracked the laptop screen, it was replaced within a couple of weeks with no issues or hassle. Our worst fears imagined, vanished quickly!
