I purchased the 1 yr warranty for my galaxy tab e in feb 2016..my tablet started flickering when i would watch videos, so i took it in to bestbuy..customer service told me to bring it back because they didn't see the flicker so she told me to record the flicker with my phone...i did and returned to bestbuy where a different associate handled my case..i didn't have to show the flicker at all. .she packaged my tablet and sent it off. .i ended up having to have a new motherboard replacement for my tablet which was only 8 months old...i purchased 2 tablets in feb 2016 and now my wifes tablet is doing the same thing...i will see what will happen when i take hers up there. .overall geek squad took care of problem in a timely manner...

I get Geek Squad on EVERYTHING I buy here and I buy all my tech stuff here lol. I really get my tech stuff here because of Geek Squad! I just bought a laptop in October and dropped it this month (Feb) my screen was broken and I'm a starving student (nursing) and I had no money to get it fixed! But thank God I bought Geek Squad and I sprang for the more expensive plan that covered drops and spills cause I know myself and I'm glad I did! I had to pay nothing and had my laptop back in a week! It cost like $80 to fix but that's still $80 I didn't have at the time. So like I said I get it on EVERYTHING! For as long as they'll let me!

I had bought Geek Squad with my laptop for one year & it was well worth every penny I paid for it.. Geek Squad was so helpful & was always there to help me with any problems that I had or needed fixed on my laptop, I recommend that everyone should purchase Geek Squad for at least one year, it does pay off, especially if the produce is for a child.

My grandsons tablet stopped working, just wouldn't turn on. I took it back to Best Buy. Because I had this coverage on the tablet, I received a new one at no charge. They didn't have the exact item in stock, so they upgraded to a larger tablet, still at no charge. My grandson and I are very happy. This coverage more than paid for itself.

This is a great service to have when buying products from Best Buy. I had this service when I purchased my first laptop and now I have it with my tablet. It is well worth the money spent. Yes I would highly recommend addding this when making a purchase from Best Buy.

I purchased it as a gift for my sister who is not electronically savy. She wanted a tablet so I chose this Insignia Flex because it had a good customer rating and it had all the basics, i.e. web surfing, video streaming, email etc. Good tablet for an affordable price.

Having the ease of mind when it comes to your products is important and Best Buy's gsp plan is amazing! I've had to utilize my gsp twice and I was so glad that I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket and that I was able to replace it immediately.

Having an extended warranty is a must when purchasing the tablets for young kids. My kids recently dropped a previous tablet, we only had it for about a month. It cost about the same to repair the broken screen than to purchase a new one.

This particular plan saved me when my Kindle charging port broke. Very simple, no hassle, return or exchange option was offered since they no longer had the same model. So glad I got it.

No matter what I'm buying from best buy I always purchase the additional geek squad protection. It's very simple to use if you ever have to. No hassles or gimmicks. Great peace of mind

Good protection plans because if you ever have an issue you could just take it to a close by best buy and they could help you out there dont need to be struggling with ppl through the phone.

I love BB Protection. Much better than squaretrade. When you buy a product and the protection, it's very comforting to know that if anything goes wrong electronically that you're covered.

I wouldn't want to have to deal strictly with the manufacturer's warranty in the first year of ownership, so the added insurance provides some convenience in the case that it's needed.

The Geek Squad knows what they are doing. I have had issues with my home computer, and they corrected the problem in no time flat. Well worth the extra cost for this service .

when you buy something like a i book r i pad. anything go wrong am sure they replace it r fix it for you ... It always safe to buy it at the time you get the item you want!

It always put a extra insurance on electronics no cause is going to get damage but is always good to have it and Geek Squad protection from bestbuy they're the best

As a senior citizen i love having this plan. Any problem i have i can call them and most of the time it can be resolved by phone.

I don't usually buy protection plans but since my daughter's previous tablet broke in less than one year and I paid more than $100 for this one, I had to do it.
