This was recommended by someone but I didn't like it, not enough protection.

Great product. Have not had to use it yet but nice to know it's there.

It's probably okay if you're near a best buy, but I'm not, and they told me I had to physically bring in my damaged tablet for repair. Apparently they can't email me the paper work and let me ship it. Now I'll have to buy another 1 year protection plan just so I can find time to drive two hours to the nearest Best Buy. Bottom-line, buy from somewhere else if you don't have a local Best Buy.

This coverage came with the tablet I bought for a xmas gift. Figured I'd be better off getting it just in case something went wrong. Well it's not needed for tablets, at least in my opinion. Maybe a laptop or desktop would need the geek squad but I can't think of any instance where the geek squad would be needed for a tablet. I could be wrong, but it's useless for a tablet.

I took ASUS 2 and 1 in because that it keeps restarting and wouldn't take a needed update . When I got it back the 1st time I used it it locked up and started making a clicking sound . I'm still up in the air about taking it back because it could come back worse than it is .

I think the geek squad should set up these programs once purchased because I never used it to this day

I bought this for my wife because she kept stealing my iPad. She is not very technical and she has no problems with using this tablet. The added keyboard allows her to use it just like a touch screen laptop. Since it has minimal onboard storage I set her up with a One Drive account with a Microsoft 365 account and she stores all her documents and photos in the cloud.

I get this with each purchase and gives me peace of mind. There is always an option to upgrade with. The 1st 30 days of purchase

this is great to have in case tablet or phone gets broke just dont like the new fee the deductible for phones

I bought a Galaxy Tab for my kid. I think this is protection for 1 year on his tablet. I don't think he's needed to use it yet. Must be a 1 year warranty thing.

They keep sending me Unnecessary emails.... When im ready to use it i will contact them...

I sent my tablet off to get the screen fixed and it came back not working right. They said they wanted to send it off again to work on it some more but why would I want to get it worked on if they didnt fix it right the first time
