    These are always great quality but you have to make sure you get the charge HR or charge version. There is a distinct difference.

    Hi, I first ordered this product on the Best Buy internet site and it arrived broken...tried to bring back to the San Rafael store and they would not take, said it was from a contracted vendor and I would have to return to them. Ended up buying another at the store and that worked well, have not returned the other to contracted vendor as it was just too much trouble over the Christmas rush with so much else to do...will not order from Best Buy site over the internet again.

    No problems with the charger. The fitbit charger is no good. Do not buy. The good thing is it don't take long for it to charge.

    The cord replacement charges my fit charge great when inserted correctly. Would be great if the cord was a little longer in length.

    The product which was delivered is a good charging cable for my FitBit. However, it is no longer than the cable that came with my FitBit, about 6 inches long, not 10.2 inches. When I charge my FitBit, it has to sit on the floor, as the cable is not long enough to reach the nightstand. Even a 10.2 inch cable may not be long enough to reach table height. They need to come out with a 3 t 6 foot cable.

    Was traveling to NY with my 2 Grand sons (ages 2&3) packed all chargers in a lil bag, I guess while removing other chargers to keep them calm & quiet it must have fell out. So was very very happy Best Buy had them in the store & not having to order & wait
