I love the 10 minute solution collection - they have some AWESOME workouts. Great to do at home, especially if you have a busy schedule. Good kickboxing video - there are tons of other workout videos/dvds out there, but this is great if you're looking for that kickboxing cardio workout :)

Even though the exercises are increments of 10 minutes you can definitely feel the effect of the workout especially if you decide to do all of the increments on the dvd at once. I love this dvd and I will continue using it. I usually go to the gym but I like to break up my usual routine and throw this dvd on at home.
