My mom kept having issues with laptops (user error) she didn't need it for any professional or advanced work, so she's been using the chrome book and she loves it. I no longer gets calls to come fix the computer.

This Chromebook does great for web surfing, shopping, etc. Easy to use, simplistic.. but not pointless. Glad I purchased it. Use it while on the couch or in front of the TV when desktop computer is not preffered

I went in looking for this exact chromebook and had plenty in stock. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. The price was right! We utilize this for my sons schoolwork etc . Very nice size screen.

I bought this when my laptop crashed. I lost all the data on that laptop :( With this chromebook, everything is saved in google docs so I don’t have to worry about losing anything anymore! Battery is strong and lasts a while. Easy to open and get started. I own a company and offer this chrome book at all my employees. I will definitely buy this again!

My sons is in college and he loves this laptop because it's not to big and it holds the charge in between the classes commute and library. Goggle thought of practicality when they designed this model.

Got this for my son on Christmas and it is a very user friendly computer for dummy’s. Everything he needs to do he can do without instruction because everything is very self explanatory. Great gift!

Rather than spending $150-500 on a Windows machine that can't run basic programs it comes installed with buy a Chromebook which is meant for everyday tasks such as web browsing, email and streaming.

This is the 4th Chromebook our family has purchased and we absolutley love them. Once you get used to working in google docs, etc you'll never go back. They are so fast and portable. The only issue we have has...3 times now is eventually the wifi card goes bad and it's not worth repairing. (It ends up being easier to buy a new one) But we like them ao much, that's what we did.

My mom who is 75 years old, needed a new computer. The person who helped us at Best buy was knowledgeable, and the laptop has been great. It is easy to use and my Mom is thrilled with the purchase!

This computer is lightweight so it's easy for a student to carry in their backpack. The salesperson suggested this over another computer because of the many features and versatility.

I mostly love it. I love the 10 hr. battery, and how easy it is to use. I don't like that I can no longer have my MSN home page and the 2 card games I play. I play them through Facebook now, I have a problem viewing videos on FB. Get a notice that something went wrong, Geek Squad had no answers and neither does FB.

Such a great gift for my daughter.She will be going into 9 grade next year so she will be able to use it for a good while for school. It was very easy to set up and use . Love it

It is affordable. It can do all the jobs I need without spending a lot of money. My eight year old son uses it everyday.
