Amazing as expected. It can easily handle extensive workflows like photo/video editing and software development. It always runs for hours before I have to get up for charging. On top of that, the M5 chip offers superior overall performance. You must go for it if you have similar workflows like me.

Although M4 MacAir and M5 MacPro are pretty close in performance, this MacPro is better in sound, screen resolution and built in ports. Also, the option of a 1TB hard drive puts it in front of the MacAir. It’s a bit more expensive, buts it’s worth the investment if you are not really tight on budget or stay at least 5 years with the same hardware.

The upgrade from the Macbook Air M1 to the Macbook Pro M5 was well worth it. Better battery life that virtually lasts ALL day, significantly better and faster performance for heavy video editing, gets the job done, and doesn't freeze up. I have been using the Macbook Pro M5 for around a month and still have zero complaints.

I recently updated to this M5 MacBook Pro from an intel based 2019 MacBook Pro. Wow - what a difference! Exponentially faster, and I haven’t heard my fan a single time. Apple silicon has changed the game and I am so glad I upgraded before starting my MBA program.

The 14-inch MacBook Pro has been excellent for my daily work. Performance is fast and smooth even with multiple apps running, the display is sharp and easy on the eyes, and battery life easily lasts through the day. It feels solid, reliable, and well worth the investment.

Upgraded from my Mid 2012, which still runs great only I can’t upgrade the operating system anymore. This one is much faster, starts quick, battery life is great, and it feels pretty sturdy. So far so good. Hope I can get over 10 years out of this thing

I’ma long time Mac user. I’m particularly happy with the battery life and the display sharpness on this iteration of the Mac Book. I also appreciate that they went back to the magnetic connection for the power cord.

Very powerful Processor, better battery life, high resolution screen

I have used MacBook Pro at my work for almost 10 years. Just one laptop for 10 years. I never had one personal laptop. This is my first personal laptop, I recently purchased new M5 MacBook Pro before a couple of weeks. I purchased at my age of 40, and after 15 years of Information Technology experience. And it is my own funded laptop, and not sponsored from my family or anyone. I have not updated the laptop till now, even my laptop was prompting to update the security update. Performance : 5/5 Ease of Use : 4.5/5 Battery : 5/5 Support : 3/5 Security : 😕 (Confused Smiley) Because, I don't know why security update is there Few simple words, if you need to do your work fast and get it done quickly, just go with it.

This is an impressive laptop. Handles photo and video editing with ease. Everyday tasks are no issue and games work well with no slowdowns. I upgraded from a 2018 MacBook with the Intel chip and the M5 is incredible. If you own an older MacBook, do yourself a favor and upgrade to this machine!

Totally blown away with performance compared to 10 year old IMac. Great computer so far and really good battery life especially for my uses.

Excellent laptop with premium quality. The MacBook Pro delivers outstanding performance, a beautiful display, and long battery life. It’s great for professionals and creatives. The price is high, but the quality and reliability make it worth it.

Love this new laptop. It is sleek, comfortable to carry. I have never liked the pad input so I bought wireless mouse. I have a desktop computer for most of my graphic work but the laptop will be good for travel and use in the living room away from the desktop. Of course, all are Macs.

Upgraded from an 8GB Ram to this bad boy and I am super happy with everything. It runs lightening smooth and I am already much more efficient!

wanted to replace my 2019 mbp 16 inch screen. wanted something smaller for easier travel. so far so good! can't wait to start video editing on it to really see the performance upgrade

Upgrading to the MacBook Pro with the M5 processor has been one of the best tech decisions I’ve made. Everything about this machine feels refined and powerful. The M5 chip makes the entire experience fluid—no lag, no noise, no heat, just pure performance. The screen is gorgeous, the speakers are surprisingly immersive, and the battery life is almost hard to believe.

The M5 chip is super fast. The display is stunning! The one thing I dislike about the M5 MacBook Pro is no Touch Bar. However, I’m ecstatic that they brought back the HDMI port and the SD Card slot.

I produce music and this is a world of difference over the M1 Pro from a few years ago. It’s a welcome change and I’m glad they kept the current design. Also the 24 gigs of RAM vs 16 was a notable change.

This is the best MacBook I’ve ever had. Powerful, fast, and sleek, it handles everything with ease. The battery lasts all day, and overall, it’s an absolute beast!

Love my MacBook. Came from a Mac mini but just needed something I can carry with me for my photography business. Extremely fast and handles Lightroom and photoshop like a dream.
