Useful laptop at a low price. For checking email and using MS Office, it works fine.

I needed a computer with Windows to maintain a database for the HOA and to manage the program that operates our card reader access system for the pool and tennis courts. This computer was a perfect match for my needs.

I bought this as a favor for a friend and he is happy with the purchase. I can't give any specifics, but he is happy.

I like the laptop overall. I think it would be even better if keys were lit. Satisfies my home office computing needs.

Great bundle. It worked greta and looked great but had to return because my program was not compatible with windows 10

I went in not knowing what I was looking for. The young man that waited on me listened to my thoughts and helped me find something that would take care of my needs, but didn't push me to get more than I needed.

The bundle option was worth the money that included security, Microsoft and flash drive was well worth the money.

I bought this deal almost a month ago and I am absolutely satisfied. The price you pay for the laptop, software, and accessories is incredible. I definitely say go for it if you are considering the purchase!

Very good for what I do. Surf the net, pay bills and use Microsoft office. I don't stream or play games on it.

Like the computer but best buy did not get the office set up properly at geek squad when I used them for set up. Also missing my flash drive which was supposed to be in the box with the computer bundle.

My wife uses it everyday, she has had no problems with it as of yet. It appears to use a lot of gigabytes on out Hotspot intetnet. Ever since we cfgot it our gigabytes have been used up a lot quicker.

Looked at multiple laptops at other places as well as Best Buy. Feel that I got the best value for my needs.

I was told this laptop is super fast and better than the one I paid $1200 for 7 years ago. IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE!! It is slow, the graphics are poor, and I am not happy. But what can I do now?

Purchased this laptop as a graduation gift for my granddaughter. I love the HP brand - my own personal laptop is an HP and I've never had any problems with it during the 3 years since I purchased it.

This I'd a great laptop. The set up was very easy. It starts up and connects to the internet fast. Have had no problems with it at all. The camera on it also takes great pics. Highly recommended! !!

Needed just a basic computer for web browsing and paying bills. Fits my needs and at a reasonable cost.
