    The in home visit by Brian from the Geek Squad was extremely helpful. He reviewed the features of this PC that were new to us, showed us shortcuts to access our needs, and was most knowledgeable. Brian is a definite asset to the Geek Squad.

    I didn't expect much for a laptop for this price, but my biggest complaint is... the battery life! It's almost non-existent!! At full load, I was able to get about an HOUR'S worth of work done, so I had to keep it plugged in at ALL times! The processor is SSSLLLOOOWWW... but even at this price point I was hoping for something a little less... 1993?!?! Geez, it's like a Pentium chip from back in the day!! At any rate, I use it for what it was meant for in my opinion: A BACKUP!

    It's ok for the price. It works fine but I have it for less then 2 months and the power button is already sticking. I think it will break within the next few months, it's just not made well.
