Early Issues

Tech support stated it was a terminal illness. Thank goodness he did not have anything saved that was important. I do not recommend this product, however Best Buy is still a great store.

Computer Corrupt

Doesn't work

Unfortunately, Best Buy policy is to return before 14 days. So if you are a planner, like I am, buying anything ahead of time at Best Buy is a horrible idea. If they open the gift after the return date and it has NEVER worked they still won't let you return it. $400 completely down the drain and a completely heartbroken 11 year old.

HP Laptop Bundle Quirky
