I bought this laptop for college where I know I will need to download a lot of programs for my tech classes and it works great. The additional products that came with the laptop was rewarding to receive. If I could redo the purchase I wouldn't. I am happy with this computer and the price I paid to get great amount of storage.

Nice light laptop with a lot of storage for my photos.

My adjustments have been getting used to a new Windows program and a new Microsoft Office Program. Still on the learning curve with those, but have had no problems adjusting to the new laptop. It's one of those things where you don't realize how outdated your old one is until you get a new one. Very pleased with this product.

It´s everything I asked for and need to do my homework, relax watching movies or play games on/off online. Its really fast and it doesnt overheat

This was a great set up for what I wanted as my in bedroom TV. It is working very and we enjoy the convence of a second TV. Very pleased with the results and the entire experience.

Bought it for the kids to do their home work. They are doing their report and have no issues. Also have a wireless printer so they are able to print from anywhere in the house.

This is a great computer for the money for everyday computing needs. It boots fairly fast and has 1TB of storage so it holds a bunch of videos, music, files, etc.

Very happy with the computers that we purchased. Set up was easy. I purchased one for myself and one for my mother. We are both very happy with them.

AS my old netbook began to slow down from intensive use and possible misuse with virus issues, it was time for a new powerful laptop. This model fit my needs and budget, and has been used quite a bit for maintaining my records, files, photos, and more...

I bought this laptop as a gift for my niece for her high school graduation. It's a great laptop that doesn't weigh very much. Got a great price on a package deal including office 365. She loved It!

Disappointed to find out that there is no DVD program so I can us the dvd drive to play movies, also the headset hookup is not there either,, I asked the sales guy where to plug the headset in he showed me , should have asked him where the software is to turn it on, also should have asked about the dvd drive.. microsoft 10 is too complicated

I wanted a separate laptop just to use for browsing the internet and to store music and pictures. This was perfect for the price.

This laptop was a college graduation gift for my daughter. I read reviews and compared features of many different brands. My sales person helped me choose this one. It was a great choice and my daughter has been very happy.

This is my third HP product in 20 years! My first two were PC's. I just love this lap top. Can't wait to use it on battery in other rooms of my house. It's fun discovering all that Windows 10 can do!.
