Bought this laptop for my son to use while in the service. The laptop exceeded my expectations. Very reasonably priced.

I purchased the HP laptop from Best Buy, and replaced the Dell laptop, due to it being too old, and not keeping up with processing time. It took me a while to get used to the low profile keys, but I have found them quicker to use.I watch TV channels on the HP, and am very pleased with the HD clarity.

Was pleasantly surprised at this PCs speed and quality for it's price. Have had no issues with it since I set it up.

I love this product. It is light and easy to use. It is a great starter computer for toes who are not tech savi.

My wife was needing to replace her old laptop since the hard drive was close to maxing out and it was just running slow in general (still had Windows Vista on it). This laptop more than fit the need. Now she's able to do all of her scrapbooking and anything else she needs to do with ease.

I purchased the laptop for our chapter secretary in our Union. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Would recommend.

Excellent computer so far. Have all my pictures stored on it, also come with an editing program, bonus!

Got 2 of them for my small children to do educational programs. The kids love them. I think they could be a little faster. Going to add more RAM to see if that works. Feels a little cheap as well. It gets the job done though.

was a little worried about Windows 10 , because I was & has been a Windows 7 user, plus I was Acer user from my 1st laptop , but I am very happy with the total package of my HP & glad to be part of the HP family, when time comes to get one for grandson , he's getting an HP

This computer processes a lot faster than the computer I bought 5 years ago at double the price.

I bought this Laptop brand new. I love that it transferred all of my files from my old computer's hard drive very quickly. I like that it has a disc drive and SD Card slot. I don't like that it seems to run slowly already and occasionally freezes and has to be restarted.

I use this laptop for work as well as basic everyday use. Lightweight, very good for the price.

This is just the right computer for my basic needs and the price was great! I recommend it!

This hard drive works great for any user. Plenty of space and works well with gamers also

I was out of town, so couldn't get in soon after purchasing my HP laptop from Best Buy about 2 or 3 months ago. Something is strange. As long as I do not turn off my laptop everything works fine. As soon as I turn it off and back on, the AOL laptop icon goes from blue (active) to white (inactive). The desktop AOL stills works. Without the blue AOL icon working, somehow the startup window icon in the lower left corner does not work, nor does the volume icon in the lower right. In order to get these functions back, I have to re-download the AOL program. Then the AOL icon changes back to blue and the icons along the bottom of the computer all work, until the next time it gets turned off. Is that odd or what?

This bundle was a great value. It is a super gift for a high school or college student.
