Excellent item very good computer for the price held

This is a great basic laptop and was purchased with additional bundles which have been very much appreciated! My only wish would be that some of the keyboard keys were lit, such as the power button.

Great laptop & features for the price & easy to use.

Computers are built to last from 2 to 4 years, but don't quote me. Always remember you get what you pay for. However, I did purchase this to do the daily basics. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Bought this to have in kitchen for when we just want to get on computer real quick. It is a great computer for the price, just a smaller screen that we were use to but it will make it easier to travel with. Also, the keyboard is very flat which make it a little hard to type and stay on the correct letters.

Love the product very satisfied with my purchase. However, service from the sales team was something to be desired. Was not offered any extra insurance or geek squad protection and was rushed out of the store. I will not be going back into one of your stores again. I also inquired about a student discount because I registered for it online and was declined that too. Apple has offered for my next purchase of a MacBook Pro student discount extra protection financing and insurance so I'll be shopping with them from now on Thanks D

The mouse texture is the same as the entire computer which makes it annoying to find! Also the backspace & number lock key are too close together. If I press one, I press the other!

I don't think I would recommend this to friends. It is so slow and with Windows 10 I keep getting kicked out of my games and Facebook.

Bought for my daughter for running iTunes, basic word processing/spreadsheets/etc. for school and surfing the web. Not for power performance but does the trick for her needs

I find the laptop generally good. Getting HELP information is terrible ...

The Samsung dryer I purchased is wonderful. Has musical sounds instead of beeps and bells, clothes Do come out soft and with much fewer wrinkles.

Old computer was on its last digital life and I needed a cheap replacement as a temporary solution to my problem. Working well and is efficient.

Bought this laptop because my old on died. Nice that it came with Word 365 and security software in a bundle. I recommend this to others

I purchased this laptop for one of my clients, to use for work applications only. Runs office and QuickBooks, email with no problems.

Needed new laptop. Our package had more features than we thought. Great customer service from Salesman Eric. Will go back for more.

Bought this lap top upon recommendation of salesperson saying equal to lap top we had. No comparison. Can't type without jumping screens or totally closing screen. Can't scroll up or down without same thing happening. Slow, slow slow. Would take back in a minute if possible! Don't purchase if you want half decent product!

Bought this for my stepfather who is not the most technological person and he navigates the computer without any issues.

I love the laptop. I did upload Sims 3 with multiple extension packs and it has made the computer run significantly slow.
