This is my third HP laptop and each one was cheaper than the one before! Light weight and reliable. The initial setup did take much longer than I expected but now it speeds right along.

Said it had backlit key board but it does NOT so I returned it ! The computer itself was just fine but I really wanted a backlit keyboard.

Good specs, solid middle of the road laptop for basic functions. A little overloaded with junk apps but easily cleared out. No problems so far after cleaning up and optimizing.

This HP laptop is a workhorse. Easy to set up and use and a great price.

After reading many reviews on many computers I selected this one. I read all stared comments. The start up time is comparable with an ssd. I like everything about the computer except some apps open slowly. But for what I paid for this computer I can live with. So far a month in I have no complaints. If you're going to complain about a slow computer then I strongly recommend spending the extra money.

This laptop had no reviews prior to me ordering it, but the laptop had great specifications and was a good sales price, so I decided to give it a shot. The laptop was destined for my sister who was finally entering the techy world and the features were a good start for her. I was looking forward to receiving and configuring the laptop and giving it a good burn in before giving it to her. I was greatly disappointed when I booted the laptop and it immediately gave me an error message of an malfunctioning cooling fan. I've never had issue's with HP laptops before, and since today's technology is not perfect I returned the laptop and ordered another one deciding to give it another chance since the specifications were good for the price. Best Buy was great to work with & and no hassles and they immediately ordered another one for me. I'm only giving it two stars for now due to the inconvenience.

After researching several laptops and comparing prices with features I found this to be a good value. This laptop is perfect for personal use and has many great features without breaking the bank. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Saw some negative reviews of this machine, but there were very few reviews. Complaints ranged from speed of processor to download time of the Windows 10 update. Found none of those issues. RAM and hard-drive were overkill, but for the price, what the? A lesser drive would have cost more. It's blazing fast, from what I'm ised to. Keyboard is difficult to see due to key size, which is the only real negative I have. Machine is solid, light, and with the large screen, enjoyable to use. I agree with the complaints about Windows 10, but that really isn't an option. Time will help, hopefully. At this price, I feel it was well worth the time it took for us to buy it.. Not doing a photo because they use a generic photo for all in this series.

I needed a new laptop for college since my old laptop had battery issues. I wanted to be able to use Word and Excel, so I chose this laptop. It is fast and easy to transition from one program to the next. The battery life is great, and it is making college easier for me.

I've purchased this i5 laptop during Thanks giving break. Look and feel is nice and performance is very good. All applications are running smoothly. Giving 5 stars for performance. Definitely recommend to the friends.

I bought this laptop for everyday purposes. It does what I need. Perfect for school work, casually streaming videos, and listening to music. Would not recommend as a gaming laptop but for this price no one should expect it to be. Looks and feels beautiful. Pretty light for the size.

This laptop has many great features including 3 USB ports, an SD reader, and a dvd drive. Works well for all my word processing needs. My only problem is that, since it has Windows 10, it's not compatible with my old printer.

The finishing and the texture on the laptop is really cool.

Ordered this laptop because it’s advertised to have a backlit keyboard because I will mostly be using it in a dim area. This is NOT the case. The startup is slow, and loading speeds aren’t the best. Mostly made of plastic and feels a cheap. I will be returning this as soon as possible.

Bought this for my mom who really likes the speed and performance. I really liked the price.
