Excellent HP laptop. Great for home and the good part is you can take it with you to any room of the house. Another good feature is that you can take it on vacation with you.

It runs very fast and it does everything I want it to do for home use. I don't use it for a lot just emails, browsing the web, and a little school work pretty basic stuff.

I purchased this laptop because it was on sale and had not had any major problems with HP. I also was impressed with the amount of space offered to save information. I read that Intel Core processors are better. I'm use to AMD but wanted to give Intel a chance because it supposedly had better speed. This one is Intel Core i5 7th Generation. I'm not really happy about the battery life because the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like, and it seems to take a little longer for my computer to start up compared to my last laptop. However, I'm happy with my purchase. Overall, no major complaints.

After initial setup, had to signing twice on the welcome page. That inconvenient problem resolved itself with windows updates. Functionality meets my needs.

Decent laptop for the price. I've had this for 4 years now and still does exactly what I want.

We bought this computer (on sale) to replace a Lenovo I had purchased 3 years ago. The Lenovo was an i7 with a touch screen, and cost well over a thousand dollars. This computer with its' 7th gen i5 processor, computes almost as fast and has a lot more memory. The screen isn't as sharp as the Lenovo (which I miss) and doesn't have a touch screen (which I don't miss at all). It does have a larger screen, which I do like for several reasons. But the Lenovo became a large paper weight, because it has a battery that you cannot replace. Unless, of course, you send it in and have the pros do it at a cost of over $500. (I bought this new HP for less than that). My new computer has a battery that I can replace when it becomes necessary. Which makes it, overall, a much better buy.

Very functional has numerous ports connections etc yet remains very portable at the same time. Good battery life and extremely easy to set up

Looked at all laptops in the store but sales associate helped me find this one which meet my needs and price. So far I am happy with it.

I needed tp replace my laptop for mainly personal home use. This model is cost effective and very functional for that purpose.

I love the PC because it has good battery backup. The WIFI strength is very good. Good at Multi Tasking. The sound quality is also good. Furthermore the spacing between the key is also good and hence is easy to type. I have not experienced any heating problem yet and no sound produced from fan.

This laptop has great reviews and lives up to them. Very fast with a great memory and processor.
