Laptop has all the features I need; a good product

This was not my first HP laptop so I knew I could expect a reliable computer purchase. What I received was so much more! Great speed, graphics, and a wonderfully designed shell....highly recommend!!

Great laptop for an awesome price!! I'd been in search for a new laptop for a couple a months and this had all the specs I wanted to support my iPhone/iTunes. This laptop is easy to set up and use.

Sorry I need to use this avenue to express my disappointment with BEST BUY. I bought this laptop based o n the fact that the BB specs said "Wireless AC" My research shows that Wireless AC will connect to my modem/router by either 2.4 or 5 g.. This laptop will not connect via 5g. The wireless adapter is 802.11n. After 35 mins with GEEK squad.. they explained that I am wrong and even though the BB soecs are not clear., it's my problem. I didn't want to exchange the PC or return it. Just wanted them to supply a $20 adapter to make the machine perform they way it's supposed to. NO HELP. I like the laptop but BEST BUY, not so much. They have lost a customer.

Decent laptop for effordable price for my kid. This is a good laptop for a middle school kid for good price and configuration is good enough to use until high school.

When I read the product description I decided to buy it based on high numbers of RAM and ... But it was SO slow to start the windows. I would sit in front of the laptop for 15 minuets just to get it going! Each page would take 5-15 minuets to upload. So, I returned it.

I picked this up after reading the reviews and for the price I didn't see a better laptop honestly. It has the new I5, hdmi output, DVD drive and fast USB ports. Speakers sound clear also . Not to mention it also has the 10 key on the board like a regular keyboard which is very handy. It also feels very sturdy . This is going to be a great laptop for my son going to college next month.

This is my first laptop and I'm very satisfied. The only drawback is I didn't realize to look for one where the keys light up. But that's my fault.

Best deal when you compare price and offered computer quality and performances

After using up a lot of precious data downloading the current Windows 10, the keyboard would not work. More precious data spent online with tech support, to no avail. Returned computer to Best Buy - even the geek squad could not get the keyboard to work.
