It completely shuts down. Idk if its the laptop or the brand because apparently someone else i know that has a hp has the same issue. But when i called to ask for help and emailed them they refused to help me because of the 14 day receipt policy, which is so rude . I payed over $400 for this laptop and it doesn't even work properly. Its a good laptop honestly but its not worth $400.
