I really like this laptop but it was just too slow when using a 5400 rpm hdd so I replaced it with an SSD and it performs so much better. Taking it apart was a pain though.

I succeeded in saving material to the external hard drive. However, there was no documentation included in the box so I had to call the company to make sure I was using it correctly. The company representative was very helpful and my call was answered in a timely manner.

I really like this new HP Laptop, it has a nice keyboard and display screen, boots up fast!

It was slow as could be until I let it complete do a bunch of updates. Works great now.

This computer runs a little slow but is fine for the things that I need it for at home.

Great value for the money but seems to be a littler slower processing than I thought.

Laptop was very fast at loading. However it has a weak connection to the internet. Videos stop to buffer constantly. I have very good internet so I know that wasn't the problem. Returned a week after receiving. If it wasn't for this I would have kept it. Received a great deal.

The only thing I would like to have on this laptop are lighted keyboard pads

No problems with setup just takes time to get use to Windows 10...

Jumping from windows 7 to windows 10 was a daunting thought, but it has worked out well. HP laptop is great. Very pleased. Geek Squad did set up a few key features as if it's still windows 7.. much appreciated.

I purchased this laptop for school and I am not a gamer, so my review is based on surfing the web and writing papers. It works really well and movies are pretty clear on it.

I bought this laptop for my son for his birthday. He loves the large hard drive and fast processor. This would be a great choice for a back to school laptop for your child

It does everything we needed for college use more. I would also use it for myself as well. We use for email and video watching and school work. No gaming here.

We returned this days after receiving. It would not log into our WiFi. We had a fairly new router, up to date equipment. I’m tech savvy enough to know how to do it. Took it in. Store said it was an incompatibility issue.

Overall it is a great Laptop. Great for everyday use. Windows 10 is excellent. Camera and speaker is good. Internal memory and hard drive. Great HP finish.

i bought this one not for games but for multitasking and the storage. Really compact, and the screen is vivid.
