I bought this to Homeschool my children, it is great.

the computer is great, im soo happy with this purchase.

Laptop didnt last long very disappointing. It made alot of noise but the battery was ok in the beginning. It did its job and I was able to get alot done. but it suddenly kept dying and than kept getting hot and than just died. I took it to a shop and they said the motherboard died so its gone. It was a waste of money.

This machine has been running well. So far so good.

Happy with my purchase does just what I needed to.

Wifi is very slow.....the device not the service!!!

I expected much much more for an HP core i5 with 8GB RAM. I bought it some months ago and I wanted to really give it a try before writting a review, but it’s time to say this laptop was a very bad choice. It is so slow to run and startup takes forever. I always supported HP but this time I was very desappointed. I have an older Acer corei3 that keeps running as fast as day 1, and much better than my new HP.

hard drive fried, not two weeks old. needed to replace

This was purchased for my Mom and the computer is non-functional after very light use for a little over a month. I have not spoken to HP yet regarding their resolution, but I'm hoping to get a new replacement.

The off on key has already stopped working. I need to return .

Started to hang even when it was a new machine. Had issues all through unless the processor crashed. Did not last even 1 year.

I needed a laptop for school and this one is pretty perfect. The size is perfect and it's lightweight and thin that makes it great to carry around. It runs my art programs smoothly and overall it's pretty fast and clean.

Very satisfied with this product! Recommend it to anyone looking for a laptop without paying too much!

Best Buy lists on the Features section that this computer has a backlit keyboard. NOT! I contacted HP and here is their response: I'm sorry but this laptop has no backlit keyboard. For a first laptop, this was a good laptop. I like it, but I already know what I want in my next laptop based off having this laptop. I wish it had a longer battery life and it had backlit keys. I also wish that in addition to telling me the percent left on my laptop before it dies that it would also tell me how many hours and minutes I have left before the battery dies too. It's annoying not knowing how much time 20% is.

It says backlit keyboard but when i received it it doesn't have one. Also, i paid for 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to recieve it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone wanting a working laptop that has specs listed.
