horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just needed a basic laptop for email and browsing..this laptop is so slow (not my internet I get great speed on my other internet connected items) It buffers constantly even just reading email....it freezes up alot also. I am very disappointed in this laptop and when I called hp they were no help at all. I doubt I would ever buy another hp product.

I Don't know what happend
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its a great computer worked really well until I went to class today and came back and had a crack screen. I did not drop it, step on it, set it down hard, hit it on anything so in all honesty I have no idea how this happened. Cheaply made is all I can figure out. I had an Asus before this and dropped it from a lofted bed multiple times onto hard wood floors and nothing like this ever happened. Maybe I got a faulty one but I wouldn't take any chances. It was also not covered in the warranty because it is a physical property and is considered an accident, even though, I honestly have no idea how it happened. So I've had it less than a month paid 420 dollars for it and to get it fixed it'll cost me 360 dollars. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT. I REPEAT. DO NOT BY THIS.

Affordable laptop for light users

Over time, I expect this laptop to become much slower and bloated, but for now, it's fine.

Drivers delete themselves
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this laptop a few days ago. Had to update windows 10. Then the audio driver stopped working. At Geeksquad now and they couldn't find a update which I looked for already. HPs website doesn't even list this model number. So they have to do a system restore and see if that even works.
