I just love this laptop. Great for home office use.

This Laptop is great for business and home use. just get a antivirus. I just need to comment on the screen. It a touchscreen and if you dont need a touchscreen dont buy this. Resolution is kinda ugly. But before you buy it try it first.

She really enjoys the freedom of her own computer.

Overall good computer for general use. Battery life is horrible. I have to charge it every night and it runs low after just a couple hrs of use.

Laptop has adequate processor and Ram to handle routine small business applications (excel, word, outlook, pdf files for the construction industry).

Limited space but good for beginner computer. Probably should've spent a little more for more space and faster processor.

This would be a good starter Laptop. No built in Bluetooth.

Its a nice computer but it needs more memory. my daughter uses it for schoolwork.

I purchased this laptop in April, and it is once again at the repair center getting another new hard drive in it. This is the third time they have had to replace the hard drive. Here's hoping that they figure out this is a lemon and replace it with something that works for more than 4 weeks in a row. As you can guess, I am extremely PO'ed that they have not replaced this yet. The only good thing I can say is I was smart enough to pay for the Geek Squad program, but other than that, I would recommend you purchase a different computer.

Also having issues with being able to move curser backward

The laptop has problems shutting down completely and won't restart at all. It also freezes at times and won't do anything. I definitely would NOT recommend purchasing this laptop. My husband and I each got this laptop and are both experiencing various problems.

Thought this would be a decent fast laptop based on specs. I just need it for email and basic web surfing. Startup took forever and when I went to return it I wanted to use system restore and that took forever. I'm glad I returned it. The numbers on the side of the keyboard make it too big. I don't even know why the manufacturers are adding them- terrible idea. I ended up getting a SSD laptop on sale for $150 more. Kinda stinks that to just do basic things you need to spend over $600 and if you don't you will be sitting waiting for webpages to load.

It seemed as though system had problems from the start. Started receiving pop up errors immediately after booting up the first time. All functions became very slow.

Within 2 weeks the "l" key stopped working. Best buy wouldn't do anything to help and referred me to the manufacturer. I use the computer for work which doesn't make a 4 week time frame manageable. Also the computer feels cheap, all cheap plastic. You get what you pay for with this. Won't be doing any shopping at best buy again soon

The computer would freeze all the time and I would get a display driver warning.

Dissapointing performance. I wish I was still within my 15 days of purchase so I could return for an upgrade.

Was everything i needed in a laptop. has touch , windows 10, i-core 5 and important to me was dvd player,writer which most dont have anymore. great laptop for the price.
