I bought this for my wife for Mother's day. I looked at this several times online before I went to the store and bought it...When I looked at it the price was $479 now it has gone up some...My biggest issue was I thought the specs said it was Bluetooth capable before...But now it does not have it in there and it is not Bluetooth capable. So I don't know if it was a misprint initially. Like I said I looked at it online several times...Any how it is a nice machine, but I really wanted the Bluetooth capability.

I bought it for my wife last week. The laptop works great and it is a great deal for this price. However the hard drive is a little bit noisy when it revolves (compared to my own HP ENVY laptop).

For what I paid for this laptop it's getting the job done. I needed a windows OS machine in order to be able to access a client's VPN. I only need basic Office capabilities (Word, Excel and PPT) - this HP fits the bill. The screen is very clear, and while I really don't need the touchscreen capability, it seems to work well. I don't love the keyboard (so I bought an add-on external one) and really dislike the trackpad/click keys - very clunky and hard to manipulate. I'm not a fan of Windows 10 at all, but that has nothing to do with this machine.

We haven't had the computer for very long, but so far it has been a great computer for a very reasonable price.

Have always bought HP products and have never had an issue with any of them. The HP that I replaced was purchased in 2008, ran perfect until I installed windows 10. After about a month had a black screen, I'm sure it can be fixed but opted to purchase a new one with more memory & hard drive.

I had to get a new computer because my old gateway was starting to fall apart. I have had this computer for a week and I have not had any issues except the right-click does not stay open for a long time. Otherwise, it is a great performance.

This item is perfect for what I need. Surfing the web, go pro, and school work. Perfect. Highly recommend!

the laptop is light weight and sharp screen, happy with it.

This is decent laptop for the occasional user. Not that good for the gamer. Good for doing school work and home stuff like paying bills and surfing the internet.

This thing felt cheaply made and it was too slow. I returned if after 2 days of trying to make it work. I have a Toshiba that's on its way out of this thing we call life, but it has windows 10 and is actually pretty fast. It needs some updates which i am unable to install and the pop ups are a bit annoying. Even so, this laptop was horrid and I hated it.

A disappointment. I opened the box, followed the instructions, and the laptop never started. I called HP technical support (I took me 40 minutes until I got a case number. After that, the process went smooth). They recommended to charge the battery for a couple of hours, so I did. Tech support followed up (one hour later than arranged) and they determined that the laptop was faulty. I'm returning the laptop today to never again buy an HP.
