This laptop is an excellent buy for a beginner and for a person who wants just enough of the bells and whistles but not too much! it is extremely lightweight which is an added plus - small but mighty - love it and an excellent value!!! Even though It is small and lightweight it packs a powerful punch! Love IT!!! plus the staff at Best Buy is the best too!! They listened to all the concerns and answered all the questions and definitely got the best computer for what was needed!!! LOVE IT

This is the first touch screen computer that I have used. It is very easy to use and also a great price for the quality.

Love the touch screen and the speed. I especially love that there is a CDRom as most laptops don't have them anymore.

For my first laptop its good, runs well and good memory. The battery runs out too fast though.

When I bought the laptop I was looking for something simple that would give me the memory I needed to store some movies to watch in flight and to have the ease of using non-mobile internet on the go. The price was great for the size memory and processor. I love the large HD screen as it is perfect for watching movies on the go. The photo editing software is quick and easy. The touch screen makes it a snap. I would definitely recommend this laptop.

Bought for my mother, she likes the laptop, easy to use. She likes the touch screen. No complaints at all.

After a permanent crash I needed to make a fast but smart decision. I had also been planning before the crash to purchase a new laptop soon, so I had already thought about what I wanted or needed, and had a specific budget target I wanted to meet. I had been concerned about going to Windows 10 but considered it a necessity as a small business owner who uses my laptop heavily both in office and out in the field on consults and speaking engagements. There have been some challenges with compatibility features but not beyond what is probably normal, and the learning curve has not been overly difficult. The laptop itself seems to perform very well and according to the specifications in things like battery life. It's fast in recognizing new devices and bringing them on line. Overall, especailly since I got it on sale, I feel like I idid well for the money spent, and that it is likely to hold up well to the way I use it.

ThisPC was a good buy because it had a touch screen, large amount of storage and USB 3 ports.

The touchscreen is a great added bonus for this laptop. It runs Windows 10 real smoothly.

I have used this laptop for six months now and have no issues. Windows 10 allows boot up time to be minimal. The touch screen is convenient. It is light weight for its screen size. Sometimes I zoom in or out of the screen unintentionally when the cursor is at a certain location while using the touch pad in the browser but it is easy to resize. So far, so good.

I needed a laptop badly. Had a Toshiba but it started getting hot and would cut off in a instant. I got this same laptop back in November without the touchscreen and I decided to return it. Glad I did because I got it with the touchscreen for much cheaper. Only con is the battery. I would like the battery to last a bit longer but I will be getting my extra battery.

Fast and easy to use. Has all the requirements and gets the job done

This is about the HP laptop, and it is a good speed with the intel i5 and also 6GB of ram. This machine should have a better graphic resolution that you can go up higher, but least it didnt have all the bloat ware or have to uninstall so much junk. Thats why I don't really like HP laptops, but this one was a great price on sale and least over 4GB of ram.
