I use this as a supplement for a Vizio 4kuhd tv. Works great for streaming videos when your "smart" tv doesn't have a web browser or app selection that works. A little big in today's laptop market. Listed as ballistic, I just see the case as plastic with marks etched into it. Not heavy, hate the touchpad, but a plug in mouse works great.

Works well with Windows 10. Performs better than expected.

I found this laptop very easy to get started with, and easy to use. Windows 10 is a bit more "normal" to me than 8, which was on my previous laptop. This is my largest laptop yet (had a small 11 inch) and I find the larger screen better for my eyes. Still getting used to the wider keyboard, with the number pad, but that's just me.

So far, this product has lived up to all my expectations. Easy, quick start up, no problems with windows 10. Love the screen size: great gaming. The only minor issue is that this laptop is so large that it's hard for me to work on it at times. But this is not enough to negate all the positives.

I purchased this from Best Buy to replace an 8-year old HP laptop that ran windows 7. No real problems with the older unit but I wanted something that had Windows 10 and a faster processor. So far, I've had no problems with this new unit at all. It's great for using for the internet. It's very fast. I've had no issues with any of the software that came with it so far. I've been using this laptop everyday for one month. My primary connection to the internet is WIFI and it's worked perfectly each time I connect. I am satisfied with this purchase.

Hubby is still well pleased with this purchase. Been over a year now with no issues and no aggravation.

This laptop is great for the price and functions well. The Intel i5 processor is definitely a plus compared to the i3s and the touch screen is a nice feature as well after I was debating going for a 2-in-1 instead of this.

Very happy with this purchase. Love the computer and the price was much better than some I was looking at. I am a teacher so I am constantly in the computer looking for new ideas. Easy to use. Only issue is the mouse... The clicking is loud but nothing getting an external mouse can't fix.

Just needed a unit for basic stuff... Runs great, no problems. Entire family uses it daily

Love my first laptop. I use it along with my PC and when I travel. So easy to use. Don't care for all of my fingerprints on the touch-screen - but everything else - 2 thumbs up!

Perfect for home use...email, browsing, photos and videos. I debated between this one with the next step in processors, but for what I do, I couldn't justify another $200 at the time. This has been great! It's taken some getting used to the touch screen, but overall extremely pleased!

It was time to upgrade my 12 year old son's laptop and this was the best choice for the money. He is able to play games and Skype with his friends. It is not the most powerful or the best product but it was a fit for my son.He and I are pleased with it.

I love my new hp computer. It works great for what I got it for, mostly school. However the only issue I've had it the battery doesn't last long, and it constantly needs to do security scans to prevent bugs. Which makes since it's just time consuming.

this laptop has everything I was looking for at a reasonable price. I really wanted a touch screen but I was sure it was way out of my price range. this is my granddaughters first laptop and it has been easy for her to use and the screen size is just right for her.

This is Windows 10. Trying to figure out where to locate programs and down loads. The Microsoft program for word, excellent, etc... Cannot be used without purchasing them with office 365. I downloaded Apatchie office and the office 365 continues to block these. Great computer but it is sad that Microsoft is so despite for money that they prevent the user of a piece of equipment from benefiting from the programs that have been installed. This can be very useful but for this program very disappointing for any user unless you pay the 270.00. Like purchasing a car but you also have to pay separately for the keys. Sadly disappointed in Microsoft !!!

Its a good value computer for web surfing and for online business. Pages load fast and no lagging even with the newer websites. The screen does get dirty fast with all the fingerprints but its so much easier than using the mouse

I always wanted to use Dell for some reason and never wanted HP but this buy has changed the whole bad impression I had about HP. Prices are good for the specs I got and it looks like a finer option than Dell of this range.

This laptop was purchased because of price and features. I didn't really need the touch screen, but it was a nice feature to have for Windows 10
