New to Windows 10 and hard adjusting to it. There were some bugs that Geek Squad took care of for me

This i5 is simple yet powerful enough for every day processes . I am a teacher and it can smoothly run Smart Notebook as well as equation creators and other educational softwares. Definitely recommended !

We bought this for my son's girlfriend for law school last week. She loves it so far. My son is going to use it for his job too. I can't download a photo because they took it back to Mississippi with them.

This computer is great for general computing. I bought this for my mom who uses it for general use ( personal finance, E-mail, and Internet use.) It has been very reliable and she absolutely loves it

It took me quite awhile to get used to this keyboard. Also it does not have a CD ROM. I did not realize that when I bought it. I have had it a year and it has started to act up already with big streaks coming across the scream quite often. It is already time to take it in to see if it can be fixed. My old computer did not start acting up until after it was 10 years old

This HP laptop was what my wife and I were looking for. Getting it on sale as a Christmas season "door buster" was an added benefit.

Being HP one of the best brands this one is an excellent laptop with great features such as CD drive, USB ports, Microsoft included with my purchase, the screen is huge, overall I am very happy with it.

It's an alright laptop. Not use to Windows 10. Wish they can bring back windows xp.

I had this computer for 1 month. The computer started having hardware issues within 1 month. I returned the item and got my money back. I don't know what brand to go to now, I went from Asus to Hp, because it was recommended to me by a best buy representative. Terrible choice, in the mean time I will keep looking for something better.

Been using this daily for about 3 months now - boots up fast, monitor resolution is great and with i5 chip technology, it'll be very useful for years.

The device works well and as described during sales. It doesn't have big bells and whistles but is a good basic touch sxcreen laptop.

These laptops are very light-weight and have been working great for our remote users. We've installed 120GB SSDs and have had very good performance. The overall durability seems pretty solid as well.

I bought this on the recommendation of the sales man at Best Buy. The information that he gave me on my new lap top was right on the money. I will shop there again when I need more electronics.
