I have Sirius XM in my Chevrolet and the prepaid service cards work out GREAT. I stockpile them in my Sirius online account and when my subscription is up for renewal, I pay for my service using my accumulated balance. Very convenient to have. I order them on Best Buy.com and they come directly to mailbox in a few days.....usually less than a week. I would recommend the prepaid Sirius XM service cards to someone with a new account or someone who is ready to renew their subscription service. They are simple to use:scratch off the special code on the back side and look for Redeem Now in your online account. Great gift idea for the Holidays for any music lover.

Sirius XM is a great product that works surprisingly well in the field. But ... the company's customer relations are abysmal. I have read numerous horror stories about how difficult it is to cancel Sirius XM service. In particular, cancelling a credit card billed account is arduous. Sirius goes out of its way to make this difficult. So what is the solution? Paying for the service with the Prepaid Service Card. They do not have your credit card, and cannot continue billing you after you cancel. IT works, and I should know -- it's how I use the service.

The cards just make sense to take advantage of the omnipresent special offers by Sirius/XM for programming. Late in the day of or the day after your last day of service (they give you a small grace period), call Sirius/XM and tell them you want the (insert latest offering here that you've discovered by researching the net). When they ask you for billing, tell them you'll be using a prepaid card. (Again, you get about 7 days or so grace period.) Run to your local Best Buy, get the card(s), enter the number(s) in to your account and you're done. No auto-bill at max prices. Just make sure to put a reminder on your calendar on the last day of service for the offer so you remember to do it all over again. Remember, research is key. Search for Sirius or XM offers and use the 'within the last month' option on the search site of your choice. Knowledge is power.

I purchased 2 $50.00 SiriusXM gift cards for my husband for his Christmas gift. I am very excited to give it to him. Last year I loaded $100.00 on a net spend card for my husband, and lost the remaining $16.00 that was on it. It’s great to have this option to use this SiriusXM gift card than using a personal credit card or debit card. I will definitely pass on the word that such gift card is available at Best Buy.

I like having the options to pay for certain services by other means and being a XM Satellite Subscriber, Best Buy helps to make paying my subscription fee convenient by the XM Satellite pre-paid card. I hope that Best Buy will keep this item in stock and available for sale.

Amiright? Amiright? Joking aside, why NOT buy ALL your prepaid type cards here? Why should I ever let accounts like XM just charge my CC when I can buy this at BB and get points! This, is a NO-Brainer. It all adds up to helping me get rewards AND hopefully BB getting a small piece of sales revenue. Doing everything I can to support my favorite retailer. Realizing that might make this sound fake, I can assure you, as a geek, this is the only real world store I still get excited to visit. Lets do every little thing WE can as people that enjoy a good ole electronics store. Plus its not fake, because this is a gift card for Gods sake. WHY are you STILL reading! log off and go buy yer gift cards -NOW! ;)

Was an easy and quality gift for someone who has always wanted a Sirius XM subscription. The $50 covers just short of a year so it’s definitely worth it!

Dude i LOVE satellite radio! You just cannot get the same channels on terrestrial radio - comedy, smooth easy listening like jazz or classical, you've got a channel for almost every type of music, comedy, news, you name it. I dont leave the house without it! LOL!

Highly recommend purchasing the XM Satellite prepaid cards to use in lieu of your credit card upon registering with Sirius XM Satellite for one of the many program packages they offer. They are easy to apply to your account once it's setup and provides greater flexibility in terms of changing plans or fulfilling and canceling your contract upon expiration, should you elect to so. Like the option too add as little or as much as I want, great convenience!

Anytime I pay my SirusXM payment I always use a prepaid card so my credit card number stay safe. So easy to use and you do not have to worry aboutany unessesary charges on your credit card. Purcahsing from Best Buy is quick and easy, I just order it on line and go pick it up after I get off from work. The best part is you do not have to get out of your car, they will bring it to you.

No credit card needed to pay your annual Sirius XM subscription using these prepaid cards. Don't give Sirius your credit card number and get these prepaid card to easily pay for your service. Doing this makes it easier to haggle with them to get your renewal premium much lower than you could if they have your credit card number upon the renewal date because they will automatically charge your credit card unless you cancel your services. If you pay by credit card then you agree to those terms even if you don't realize it. So keep the control of payment in your court with prepaid cards.

I use these cards because they are a great convenience. SiriusXM will automatically renew your subscription and charge you for things u don’t ask for if u leave a credit card on file, in my experience. With the prepaid card you pay for your subscription and done! If in six months you no longer want this service. There’s nothing else to do.

The best way to subscribe so you don't have to give your credit card. And you can negotiate and get it cheaper than the going rate.

In my opinion, the Sirius XM gift card is the best way to pay for the service. I prefer to NOT give my credit card # to " pay for service" companies. Especially the kind that will not allow you to cancel the service yourself thru a website. With Sirius, you have to call in a speak with a rep to accomplish this. With the gift card, when my subscription expires, it will just stop working if I don't renew. Either way, I'm in control and for me, this is the best way to pay for the service and enjoy the content (which I do). Best Buy makes it convenient to purchase these cards in store or digitally (not all stores sell these cards).

I recently purchased the Sirius XM Satellite Tuner which was installed in my vehicle by Best Buy Geek Squad Technicians. Prior to having the unit installed, I had to go to Sirius XM website and setup an account which required my personal information and a credit card to activate the service. Being new to this service and wanting to maintain some control and limitations of charges too my credit card, I purchased a prepaid XM Satellite card and added it on my account and it worked out perfectly. I found that Best Buy is one of a handful of retailers that have the XM Satellite prepaid cards in different denominations for sale and I hope that Best Buy continues to stock this item.

I use SXM cards to keep my information safe and track of my account. The service is good every time I come in , I get a hello and customer smile.

I like purchasing the gift cards for Sirius XM instead of the website for a reason. The reason being is that they can't just up a charge on you without you knowing about it because you have the exact card amount plus it works good for renewal or to cancel subscription without dealing with their customer service.
