    DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP. It was slow out of the box, even after installing all the updates and taking recommended steps to boost performance. With literally no programs open, the laptop was capping out the 4GB RAM and even the disk space. You could probably boost performance by installing more RAM and a better hard drive, but you might as well just buy a better lapto. I called Geek Squad and they even recommended returning it, which I did for a full refund of the laptop and protection plan. Note that this is a review of the product, not Best Buy. I was pleased with the service, and the return process was easy. Just take it to a store with all the parts and receipt.

    Very excited to get this laptop considering the price, screen size, and hard drive size and I actually enjoyed using it... for the first two days, until I suddenly turned it on one morning and the screen does not display. I was very gentle with the laptop and did not overuse it so I have no idea why it does not display any graphics. After trying countless different solutions, none of them work and my laptop is basically an expensive door stop now. I don't post reviews but I had to for this just because I was so annoyed and frustrated at it all. Pleeease be careful buying HP laptops and if it's too good to be true... it is.
