I love my desktop. Its compact, efficient and fast. The salesman was knowledgeable and worked with me on my needs and within my budget. It's white and fits my office decor perfectly. Other brands for the same type of computer ran in the $700's. For the money this was a great buy for me!

I bought this computer for basic, everyday use. It serves its purpose. I was surprised that it immediately had to be updated when I set it up & that took longer than expected. Otherwise, it's very user friendly.

Nice computer for the price. Wife wanted a new computer. She mainly used it for email and online shopping. She did say when she's on the internet, it's a little slow. I ended up upgrading the memory from 4gb to 8gb.

The product is good . However the limited 4 GB Memory is a shortfall. The power switch is also at a very inconvenient place. The USB ports are also limited.

I use this one for work. I wish it was a bit faster. It takes a while to boot up. But the fact that it's an all in one and the memory it has kind of makes up for it.

Awesome computer!! My daughter loves it and I love that it doesn't take up too much room, she has limited space. We purchased a wireless mouse to add to it also. Heading into junior high and needed another computer. Wireless connection was also a must for us and it was easy to set up.

I really love my computer. It was very easy to set up just take out of the box and ready to go. The only problem that I had is that the free antivirus that came with it did not work with my computer. I like how easy it was to set up to my Internet is very easy to navigate.

This computer is great, I was excited that it was an all in one, and it’s light weight and I love that it’s white. It was easy to set up - but I definitely had to get an internet booster for it to really do anything. Which is probably on my end and not the computer.

I bought it for my parents around the holidays. Cheap but works just perfectly fine. For basic needs and daily computing. It's not great when comparing to higher priced ones but for the price you can't beat it.

My Compaq finally crashed-needed another tower. This is the first HP product I own. Tower is light weight, great for desktop, set-up was easy. Purchased it a little over a month and I've not experienced any problems. Other than the constant updates, overall this is a good unit.

My daughter loves this computer she even teaches her 4 year old nephew how to work it

I am pleased with the computer but totally unhappy with the data transfer that was done at the store. I have contacted the geek squad numerous times but still cannot resolve the issue, which is: my calendar, contact list or photos are not available from my old computer. Perhaps they are but I cannot receive any help from my calls to the squad to access them on the new computer,.

It's a great computer for the basics for my kids. User friendly, setup was super easy, and looks great. My family was very satisfied with our purchase and are always satisfied with any and every HP product.

I bought this for a 7 year old daughter to play games on. So far its been good. It has shut off a few times randomly. also wish it had more memory as it lags with some games. I may upgrade it to 8GB soon.

We bought this for our Mom who has very basic and limited needs (word processing, email, etc.), so the specs for this all-in-one machine were exactly what we were looking for and at a hard to beat price.

the computer itself has a slow response--i am still getting used to it' the best part is the lack of tangled wireswhich was my reason for buying it it cost very little for the convience that i am getting

I needed a new computer that was compact and did not take up a lot of space. It is just the right size. I have added a wireless key board and mouse to make it more attractive where I have placed it. It runs great and has not had any problems since I purchased it.

Bought this for my 10-year old son to do his schoolwork on. Works fine, albeit a little slow for my/his liking. But, for the price it's pretty darn good.
