I purchased this model after reading a few reviews. I am not a gamer, I use this computer for genearl purpose use , checking email, the kids use it for school related purposes, it fits the bill, the screen is bright and windows 10 is fairly easy to navigate on this all in one. Setup is a breeze, while i have a direct connection with my comcast router, this unit is wifi enabled so wireless connection is petty straightforward.The speakers are ok kind of what i expected for a budget computer. but i have it connected via bluetooth to a decent portable speaker and of course you can attach a wired computer speaker as well, it has plenty of connections for usb and an hdmi connection as well for second monitor purposes. The unit runs fairly quiet and doesnt get overly hot. The white color is a nice break from the drab black or gray computer.As long as you understand this a a great general purpose unit and not a gaming powerhouse then you should be very happy. the keyboard and mouse are nothing to crow about just very basic . Im extremely happy with this purchase .

The computer is being used in my small home based business where my employees have access to browse the web, and use word and excel. It performance is adequate although at times it leaves you desiring a bit better performance and speed. However for the price that I got it for, and also the Apple/Mac-Like aesthetic you can't beat this machine.

No really the doctor loved the white in her office and decided to get 3 more. Not the fastest computer around but this ALL-IN-ONE gets it done. Hard core gamers need not apply as this computer should be used for surfing the web, watching movies and writing papers.

Needed a new office computer for our secretary. She has always been an Apple person, but because we just started up, didn't want to drop major money on a new computer. For the price, this computer worked out great for our situation. This computer was easy for her to learn, the screen size allows her to multitask, and the included keyboard and mouse are good as well.

Beautiful all white all in one for a great price, just what we needed for our receptionist.

Our refurbished computer died a few weeks ago, and so I looked on best buy to see what they had , price range for computers and came across this HP all in one PC, for the sale price it was a great buy ,I bought it based on the great reviews the set up was easy, and it did take a min for it to run updates and that , it was easy to connect to our WiFi , it runs fast and love the quality of the screen as it plays movies ..the speaker is also great puts out a good sound...it seems to be awesome so far...good computer only thing I do not care for is the camera, its not the greatest quality but I don't think I would use that too much ...we did hook up our extra hard drive, that has a lot of our music files on it ...really happy with the computer

I bought one of these for my wife to replace a laptop that rarely left her desk. She really liked it and it fit the bill for her needs. So I bought one and gave it to my father for his b-day to replace an old desktop. After he got it all set up (fairly straightforward), he too remarked at how simple and user friendly an all-in-one platform was for his needs. Has enough storage and speed for light to medium home use. It is not a rigged out gaming system, but fits the bill for the purposes of these two folks. I am anxious to see how much longevity they get out of these machines.

Nothing much to say on this All-in-1 it is a slow computer made for a living and easy functions. Nothing fancy or exciting. RAM is not high, so if you're use to higher RAM speeds then this is not it, but at the price point it is a good feature for families needing a computer for kids to do homework and some surfing.

We bought this for our Granddaughter. Very compact, stylish, and more than capable of meeting all of her school and entertainment needs. Set up was pretty easy, and we've had no issues.

This all in one was easy enough to set up and does what i bought it for- basic office work. The mouse feels cheap and flimsy. BEWARE THE DVD ROM!!!! If you don't get the dvd completely clicked onto the holder, it falls into the computer and is very difficult to get back out.

Looks great, works well for our church needs for our services.

Great computer for school. Easy to use and a space saver too.

The 19.5" All In One computer is a great addition to my home office. It is fast. The AMD E2 - 7110 APU with AMD Raedon R2 Graphic 1.80 GHz processor works at great speed. When I search, I find just what I want quickly. And, I use the Geek Squad for assistance in my computer. In addition, the Snow White color is more like a cream color which makes it very beautiful I think it is exquisite. I like a small computer and this one is perfect for that. It does not take up all of my about 40 inch of desk space. I also use a screen protector with the cord that takes away electric static. I would certainly recommend this computer to a friend. I think BestBuy is the best place to buy technology, especially because of the Geek Squad. They are fair in their approach to the public and very polite.

I would’ve given it five stars if I didn’t have to deal with resetting the computer. It started to restart every three minutes, I figured the best way to try and fix whatever that was wrong was to reset it even though I’d have to deal with redoing everything I downloaded on the computer. It wasn’t clear why it started having this problem after only the third day of use. Also, the mouse that comes with the computer kept disconnecting even though it was plugged in. Everything seems to be going pretty smoothly now. I was afraid of buying a white computer but it’s actually really nice.

I purchased this computer for my daughter to do her homework, send & receive emails and play online games on. It works great and was well worth the price. It was extremely easy to setup and connect to printer and internet. I am going to purchase another for my parents.

It is great for the price. It save you a lot of space.
