Very easy to setup, works great, same she as my last computer but seems to run slower, comes with no programs my last hp had a spreadsheet and word program although it wasn't The Microsoft Office package it was easy to run. This is why I rated 4 not 5.

good price, good product,easy to operate,less space

i really like the convenience of an all in one unit. screen is nice and big. the keyboard was a little small so i've opted for my existing wireless keyboard and mouse. my only real complaint is that occasionally the unit rattles while it's running.

My first All in one computer and I love it. It's affordable and easy to use. Takes up less space.

The overall value and ease of set up with HP always help me decide between brands. The only drawback is the location of the power button (it's on the bottom!) plainly marked but I couldn't find it without the manual! Felt really dumb. Would hope in the future that wired keyboard and mouse goes by the wayside...

Pleased with size, look, ease and no bulk SIZE to relocate if needed. Second one I've purchased. Very reasonably priced as a back up for me.

I bought this computer for my two kids to use to assist with school work, and to keep them off of my desktop. Set up was super easy, just connect the mouse and keyboard, and plug it in. Connection to wifi worked flawlessly. With Windows 10 set-up, I can view what sites they visit, how much time and when they are allowed to use the computer and extend or change the time via Email. Works Awesomely

I have two kids in elementary and they use the computer more and more as schooling is heading more into technology. I had them set up on a couple of my old laptops and those were no longer sufficient. After shopping around, combing reviews, and much debate with the cost, these all-in-ones stood out the most. Being my kids are younger, I didn't want to spend too much. These are not high end but have plenty of memory and are fast enough to get the homework done and enable basic online games. The ONLY thing that bothers me is the fan motor (maybe processor) runs a little louder than I am used to. In my older devise it would had been normal sounding.

This all in one was bought for my Aunt and it was simple to set up and use. She loves the screen and nice look of the set up. Great computer for average person to use and cost was attractive.

I bought this as a gift for my step father. I was able to get it set up and play around with it. It runs smooth and fast with multiple windows open. Saves room on the desk with tit being an all in one. The price was great for the specs. I would recommend this to any non gamer/designer.

Ok. So here’s the real rundown the unit has apparently tons of storage space but it’s slow processor makes it almost not worth the buy. I rarely use computers but I’m impatient the fact it takes 10-15 seconds just to load the login to get to desktop view is ridiculous. For me I won’t repurchase this and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who needs this to multitask. Sadly it’s a pretty desk filler until I can afford a faster processor something i3core or higher. Lesson learned

This computer is very beautiful and is working well. I feel I made the best choice, the price was cost effective within my budget.

We were looking for an additional computer at work, and didn't want to spend a lot so we ended up buying this one. It appears to be doing everything that we expected - and that makes us happy.

I hate going to the mall, so I bought this on line, keeping my fingers crossed, that all the reviews were accurate. Once you get use to Windows 10, it is a snap to use. I like to play games on the computer, since I am a senior, and this serves the purpose, among other things, like email. It arrived nicely packaged, and I had it up and running in about ten minutes. I am not a computer whiz, so you see, anyone can connect the product. Very happy with my purchase

I received this HP as a gift, and I had a say in choice, so here we are! Cosmetic wise, I love the sleek out of the way, less wires whole look and feel. Easy to clean and gives a nice modern touch. I am however use to MAC products so this is a def change, however for the price and home use, I have 0 complaints. Runs well and does exactly what I need, pay bills/spreadsheets/activities/emails etc. overall a definite bargain!

Looks nice, easy set up, BUT overall extremely slow, too much buffering, returning to Best Buy, yesterday purchased a new Apple Mac Mini

Nice computer for emails, etc. Could use at least one more USB port on front or side. Not wireless keyboard or mouse. Could be faster but not bad after start menu is cleaned up.

I purchased this computer because I am in the process of getting my masters degree. The first year will be online interactive classes. This computer has been a lifesaver!

The only bad thing to say about this computer is it could use more ram and hard drive space. Past that the computer has handled all the tasks that I have put it through.

not bulky, Easy to use. I just wanted something for Quick books. Basic online stuff like email and facebook. Checking the news. I find it perfect for my needs.
