Then Windows did an update and I couldn't get on the computer. I had to reset it and then reinstall everything. I got it running. Was able to turn it off and turn it back on with no problems. Then it started crashing all over again. I was not happy. I reset it and got it running, but then it crashed again. It got to the point where I was unable to reset it and ended up returning it. It's a shame, because it was a cute, compact computer.
