The computer is always humming... When you are playing a game the Graphics go crazy and flash all over the screen

very bad decision. I paid to much, and came with no keyboard, no mouse.

Basically wasn't what I wanted everything else was sold out so had to get this to use for business purposes.

Computer not great at all. No Microsoft Products at all!!!

This is used for home only so the slow process isn't that important. Just frustrating.

bought this about 2 months ago and this morning it wont turn on. Trying now to find receipt so I can return it. Online forums say it is an HP problem that they dont back up so I sure hope Best Buy does.

gave me incorrect notifications (you are not connected to WIFI, I w as) could not connect to Email. The only thing I could do was play CD's. I took it back for a refund.

Computer is slower then slow and freezes all the time... if my dog didn't eat the box I would bring it back

It's a piece of junk we purchased it Jan 2018 now warranty gas expired.

Wont play a dvd. The drive wont even play a dvd. Windows is not user friendly at all.

gave to my son. he couldn't play his games on it that he plays. took it back

My husband and I purchased two of these computers July 4th weekend. They were on sale for $299.00 I thought how could you beat that? The computer is very attractive and compact. It comes with a wired keyboard and mouse. You may want to switch to a wireless mouse at least. The Good: I was concerned about the setup as I did not own a computer with Windows 10 previously. The setup was very easy, even connecting the wireless network took only seconds. The nuances of Windows 10 do require a bit of a learning curve but still, I had it up and running very quickly. It is quite attractive in white and compact. The sound is excellent and the picture quality is very good. The Bad: Unfortunately, the computer runs like a snail. I have a very fast Internet connection and web pages are very painful to load. You cannot increase the RAM per the Best Buy store clerk. Not expandable he said. I am not even trying to run games or videos. Just view the news on Internet web pages. Very very very slow. If I were a gamer or trying to do actual work on this computer, I do not think it would work well at all. The processor is too slow. It runs so slow, I looked on the Internet for solutions. I searched for "Windows 10 runs slow". I saw a couple of suggestions but when I made the changes, still slow as sludge. I had left the second computer in the box unopened. I took it back 7 days later. I wish I had taken this one back as well. I feel like I have a very good looking $299 paper weight. If you want performance, you are a gamer, you like to look at videos and you expect web pages to load quickly, do not buy this computer. I have always purchased HP computers but this one was not one of its best. I will still shop at Best Buy and purchase my computers from them as their team is so excellent. But I would not buy another one of these.

My 5th day using the computer. Very satisfied. Easy to use, excellent picture quality. I had read other reviews that said it was noisy and slow. In a quiet room at 3am there is slight hum but during the rest of the day with normal background noises you cannot hear it. It takes about a minute or two to boot up but if you then place the computer in Sleep mode it pops right up. I use it for general use such as email, on line bills, browsing, Netflix, writing and VOIP. A happy customer and THE SALE PRICE IS RIGHT!

Out of multiple HP's, DELL, Sony, and MacBook computers that I have had, this is by far the WORST computer. Where do I start? It updates every time I use it, and for excessive amounts of time. It is sooo slow I honestly think my computer from the 90s was faster. Have windows 10 on another computer and it does not update as often as this one does. It is painfully slow!!! Takes a ridiculous amount of time to boot and setup. It is also very very noisy, even when it is asleep. Power cable does not securely stay plugged into the back of the screen, if you adjust your screen the cable will likely fall out. Bought this for my kids to use and they don't even want to deal with it. Not really sure why so many others are rating it so high.
