Good Basic Computer

However, Window 10 took forever to install/update. It took over 5 hours. I was able to install my other software while it was updating. So far they like the computer.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I BOUGHT THIS COMPUTER LAST NIGHT AT 5 PM, I GOT HOME AT 6 AND STARTED TO SET UP AT 7 PM, BY THE TIME 8 PM CAME AROUND, THE SCREEN WAS BLANK AND I RETURNED IT THIS MORNING !

Return counter claims a Windows 10 update had caused many black screens after login. Not sure how you update a computer with a black screen. Buyer beware. Think the memory can't support windows 10. Spend a little more money and you'll be better off.

Purchases New and got Used
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this PC 4 days ago and finally got the chance to set it up. Upon initial opening the packaging, it looked used. I didn’t think too much until I tried turning it on to find out it was used and already set up under another name. I was appalled and informed customer service. They didn’t care and kind of brushed it off like it was normal. Beware of possibly getting used computer even though it is sold as “new”.
