It is a good song album. Definitely loved the singles the she has which have music videos. Worth the buy. Thanks tay-tay.

The latest effort from Ms. Swift is awesome and my daughter loves the CD. Even though some of the themes are for 'older ears' it is still ok for my 8 year old. Some of the more adult themes she really doesn't understand anyway, and Taylor has a way of keeping it clean, despite the more 'grown up' subject matter. Taylor always has sang about breakups and life so perhaps this isn't new, just a new chapter in her life. If you love any of the other T.S. music, you should love this one...you may just have to give a couple of the songs multiple listens before really loving them. CD packaging is sort of unique--with included "photos" of TS in the old Polaroid style...includes lyrics too.

While I am not the TS fan in the house, I admit that I kind of liked this album. Her voice has improved over the years. Her songs still have the same old pop hooks she's known for, including the ever-so-annoying repetition of words or phrases. Yes, I think we finally got out of the woods and we ARE in the clear. Reminds me of my kids asking, "Are we there, yet?" Even my daughter, who is the fan in the house, gets annoyed with those songs. All in all, not really a bad set of tunes. Why her management was so worried about her doing a pop album is beyond me. Did they forget that she was already a pop star, just with a country flair? This wasn't a stretch for TS. It was doing what she always does without the country twang added in. The songs aren't written any differently by TS; they are simply produced differently to eliminate the country sound. I think she did well with this one. Yugo, girl!

I LOVE THIS ALBUM! This is my first full album purchase of Taylor as I tend to stay away from the Country genre. She has some epic songs and they are very radio friendly. I find myself wanting to hear these songs in a huge arena! Luckily she is going on tour and I just might have to get me a ticket. She is truly a wonderful artist and I bet she is one heck of a business woman. The best album of 2014!

Being a dude reviewing a Taylor Swift CD is a daunting task but not really. This is a great CD that talks about love, life and just trying to be yourself. Listen to any song and try not to sing along in your head or later on your own. As a bonus, there's a pack of fake Polaroid pictures inside that she is in and has her "handwriting" on that is pretty cool. Definitely worth picking up.

My daughter loves Taylor Swift and unlike most of the female artists of today's generation she does not dress nor act like a ***** to get sales or attention, she lets her talent speak for her. Tori Kelly is also pretty great in that aspect also. My only complaint about this cd is the fact that it does not include the remake version of Bad Blood, which is ALL they play on the radio staion we listen to and the version we prefer. I just dont feel we should have to purchase the remake version separately. Otherwise great album with a bunch of great songs.

So happy that I bought this album using the Black Friday deals. I would have paid full price for TS because I have never listened to a CD from her that I didn't like, but its always nice to get a deal on the things you love! Great investment :) So many great songs that will never get played on mainstream radio. Glad I get to listen to them whenever I want!

I am a huge TS fan and I love her new sound. I wasn't sure what to expect after hearing the first few single releases but I'm happy I took the chance and purchased this. The whole album is great and really fun to listen to. It's definitely a pop album, it reminds me a lot of earlier Madonna material. The music is very upbeat and just a lot of fun.

As a 40 year old father of four kids (12, 10, 6, and 5), we listen to everything in the family truckster EXCEPT what I want to listen to on the radio. Taylor Swift gets played...A LOT, along with 1D. This album is really one of her best yet with a little bit of an edgier feel to some of the songs. Great buy...great listen.

Absolutely beautiful, the creation of words and sounds to bring harmony and enjoyment to life. Taylor Swift has outdone herself by simply being what she knows how to do best, be herself. I am personally glad I purchased a full album which supports what she believes in, and artistry proven in its track record. BRAVA!!!

This CD has lots of catchy melodies and songs that continues my wife's love of Taylor. It was a Christmas gift for her, and she can't stop listening to it! While it's the first album away from country music (officially), it's not a major departure for Taylor's music evolution. Fans will love it!

Taylor's move to pop is undoubtedly one of her best career moves. She never really was country to start with and she's matured, so what do you really expect? It's better for artists to change their sound in my opinion, it shows more growth, guts, and talent in doing so

I love taylor's old stuff. She's a great song writer. I got kinda sick of her over the years tho. I always said she needed to do something different then the typical love/breakup songs......so she switched it up to pop and singing about katy perry. lol. Its good

I like Taylor Swift but never enough to buy her music. Everything changed with this album. I heard great reviews from people who normally don't listen to Taylor and I found myself loving every song on the radio and the videos on tv. I just had to have this album.

I'm not a big fan of Taylor Swifts music. I usually listen to rock/hard rock/metal. My wife bought the CD to listen to on our road trip. Despite my grumpiness of having to listen to the CD, I secretly enjoyed some of her songs lol. I think my wife noticed it too.

I have an HP ENVY x 360 m6 Convertible, 1TB, 15.6 in. screen, with Windows 10 installed. I am an amateur, but so far (one week) I have been very pleased with the new computer. It handles well, keyboard types well, and so far it has exceeded my expectations.

I could not find the CD under Taylor Swift in the store so I asked one of the sales reps who also tried to find it. He checked the inventory and said there were 2 left in the store. He searched several places but I finally found it after searching for 10 minutes

This 40ish gal absolutely loves Taylor's new cd. Great songs, great writing. I suggest this, and try some of her earlier country ones too. They are all great!! Warning: once you hear Shake it off, you will permanately be humming and singing it out of the blue.

I was never a big fan of Taylor Swift, but something made me want to try her new, best-selling album. It's terrific! I look forward to listening to it in the car every day. Bouncy, pop-type music but also beautiful ballads. Can't recommend this highly enough.

We only buy CD's for the car (otherwise use streaming), so our family of 6 has a hard time agreeing on musical selections. This CD sounds enough 80's pop to please us parents while is also new and cool enough for our tweens and teens. A real crowd pleaser!
