    I've never used an ear trimmer before, and this was first experiment with it. Negatives: 1. It was so loud that my hearing was temporarily impaired after usage. I was afraid to keep it and returned it. 2. The trimming ability was less than I was hoping. Positives: 1. Though not as good as I would have liked, it did a good enough job that I would have kept it if weren't so loud. 2 I did not experience any problems with it pulling hair.

    I have definitely had better ones. It's ok but it wasn't very good at cutting hairs. I prefer the Phillips rotary style ones.
