It’s worth every penny for this warranty because any little reason I will get it fixed or get a new replacement for my Xbox I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for some type of insurance that you won’t regret buying at all thank you Geek squad for giving me some type of relief that if anything happens to my Xbox I will be getting the help to make sure that I can still be able to enjoy my Xbox console thanks and much appreciated

Did a great job helping me get exactly what I needed. Quick and enjoyable experience I got in and out in about 15 minutes and was home in about 20 and hooking up my Xbox. 10/10

Easy to Set Up & looks very nice, best Christmas Gift ever! Can’t wait to play GTA 6 on it, I’m ready for it. P.S: I’m glad that I got the 2 Year Geek Squad Coverage as well, now I feel comfortable knowing that my Xbox will be protected

Nice system to play, runs quietly and does not take up much room. I do wish it had a disc tray, but all of the games are on the online store, so play is not hindered.

Such a relief to know this magnificent piece of technology is protected from basically anything and everything and that alone eases much of the anxiety that comes along with playing such a beauty of a system and expensive object.

I just bought and i never used directly with the xbox .the unit is working properly and hope to have the chance to renew the insurance that is excellent option for this kind of equipment

Love the look, so quiet, what an upgrade to game consoles. I rarely hear the fan come on. Long time PS fan and this is my 2nd Xbox console. Not a fam if PS’ new OS, but don’t like X’s either. It is intuitive though, just ugly. I go back to my PS due to the better prices/sales of online services. Still, the switch is slowly happening.

Cheap insurance when you consider how much we parents invest in these gaming consoles for our kids. I spent well over $700 for this years big hit for my boys. And it’s good to know their system will be either fixed, or replaced with a brand new unit. If Geek Squad can’t fix it.

The whole reason I went to best buy over elsewhere was the protection plan option, good for electronic items you want to make sure continue to work correctly

I’ve been a Best Buy customer for 30 years and typically bad protection plans for large items. Recently bought a Xbox one X for my son in September. I think he bent one of the pins in the HDMI port when plugging it in.  I paid $80 for a two year protection plan and when I took it up there, he said I may have to pay a deductible still, which seemed weird because the plan said it covered parts and labor for any accidental damage. I also got an email today from Best Buy saying that my contract has been fulfilled since they did one repair and now my two year protection plan is expired because I actually used it once.  service and warranties are not what they used to be.

best 2 year plan must buy if anything happens geek squad is there for you for any problems of electronics
