Unfortunately had a Galaxy edition XBSX that decided to fault out, they got me in for an exchange, transfered and renewed my 2 year protection. Great fix, jist bummed that microsoft policy doesn't allow them to repair.

I always purchase the Best Buy warranty. I've had zero issues with the customer care or the Geek Squad whenever I've had to have a warranty repair. Worth every penny!

This is great for your gaming system. Eventually everyone will get drift on one of you controllers there is no way around it. With this protection you can set an appointment and they will either fix replace or refund. Its worth it

These protection plans are great and Ive always used them to cover new electronics from Best Buy. They make sure you either get the item repaired or replaced. If its an item that theres a shortage of then you will have to wait for a replacement or get a straight refund. With my OLED TV I did have to go through alot of unsuccessful repair attempts which was very tedious and time consuming but in the end they did replace the set with the latest model. These new consoles always have the potential to break suddenly so this is a good back up to have for those. Same with the Elite controllers which seem to break every 3-6 months for me.

Not only is Best Buy a great store to shop with but their online store is very easy, very refreshing, and makes me feel very safe. The fact that I was able to purchase a birthday present for my son 2300 miles away and have my daughter pick it up was just great. Then, to also offer the extended warranty makes me feel great as well. I couldn’t be more happy than I am now with your company so thank you!!!

This warranty is wonderful. If there’s any damage no matter the situation I can always have it replaced. Which is comforting to know since little glitches do tend to happen when mass producing new systems.

So, my kid accidentally spilled a drink on his xbox one. I called and they said, bring it in, and you will get a replacement right away. My husband was sent home with the same broken xbox with unclear reason. They didnt have in stock and their system was down. Next, I called again was told no problem, a replacement would be ready. I went and was told by the unfriendly cust serv lady that it has to be sent out. May not even be covered. She seemed to be negative about me wanting to replace it. After about 2 hours, talking to manager, it was replaced just as they told me over the phone. What i got out of it, the people at the cedar hill, tx location are poorly trained on the warranties. It seemed the computer was telling them the options available so I wondered why they were telling me things before putting it thru, even the manager. They will give you a refurbished item replacement if they have one, if they dont have one, you will get a new one. In some instances they do send it out to get fixed and you will have to wait. Big, giant hassle, but was worth the replacement. I do not like buying a warranty and then being hassled and treated like i did something wrong for using it!!! I will say in the past it has not been such a hassle but the last 2 times i went, got the same unfriendly cust serv lady, and she makes it a hassle.
