Great to have for the value. Its better to have and not need it trust me

I have not used geek squad service for my laptop yet but I hage purchased this in the past on other products and it is well worth it. You can call or go in to the store and they help with anything. They even helped my son set up and understand his new laptop for school.

Warranty must get in case you need help to set this up or return

This thing came through when I needed. Enough said. In fact, I'm writing this review because my thing just failed and I'm about to head to the store for a replacement.

It Is always nice to have a warranty on such an item because of you drop it once you're screwed but with this replacement like it is you can have that confidence in knowing that it's covered so I have always loved the Best Buy guarantee I put it on everything I buy

I have purchased Geek Squad protection before and was happy that I did. I made the mistake of letting it expire. If you are investing large sum into a product, it will be worth the purchase. You never know when you will need it. Please understand the terms and conditions!

Not sure which warranty this is for! If it's for the blue tooth JBL speakers 1100 then I hope they honor what they said that practically everything is covered including it falling into the swimming pool! Even a manger said it would be covered. Now it's documented!

If you are buying anytime from Best Buy and not getting geek squad protection you are BURNING your money, this thing has saved me so many times, just recently my GoPro messed up and I used my geek squad to get the the newer version.

the Best buy agent explained that the Accidental Plan replaces the earbuds with the same earbuds directly off of the store shelf rather than fixing them. This is definitely a plus and the reason why I purchased it.

I really love the Accidental Replacement plan. I had it with all my headphones since 10 years ago. In my opinion, headphones are not meant to last you forever and since they are becoming more and more expensive, it is just logical to have a protection plan on it

I don’t really know what to say about this purchase. I just know I wanted make sure my purchase is protected and I definitely trust Best Buy geek squad, when it comes to that. I know they will replace your item no questions asked. And that’s a relief for me.

Always good to have replacement options. We all know that products are not what they used to be so I highly recommend. I have used these in the past and it’s great to just walk in to the BB, put your product on the counter and go get a new item. Well worth it

I have to find out what this warranty is for, but I’ve used their warranty in the past, and they provide the best return service, no questions ask. Go get another one, and if the product is no longer sold, get the newer version or brand. No questions asked!

I haven't had to use on my multiple items but good to have just in case. Very pricey and only covers internal issues. Geek squad doesn't renew after original protection for cosmetic accidents ends(FYI:they don't tell you this at time of purchase), so this is it.

A must when purchasing expensive products from Best Buy. I love the ease of returns and exchanges with this program. I highly recommend and you won’t regret it. Always check your account to ensure your Geek Squad is up to date.

Always and I mean ALWAYS buy the protection plan! It is worth the price if something goes wrong! I have been able to exchange/return things for no extra cost and no hassle at all. 100% recommend

This is good for my boombox since I had to return the first one I bought. It was past the 15 day return period but Best Buy said they would refund me so on the second one I bought I bought the extended warranty. 5 stars to Best Buy for treating me so well!

The 2-year policy was purchased for my iHome bluetooth speaker. My first speaker from iHome did not last but a year so I bought this policy to protect my new speaker in case it does not last.

Love how I made an appointment online in the morning, went to Bestbuy during my lunch break and receive my replacement in 20 minutes. Also liking the social distance through out the store.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection on higher tickets items. I can always feel confident Best Buy will stand by their products. Gives me peace of mind.
