I love geek squad protection. I have it on a few items and although I’ve never had to use it, I know that if anything happens to my protected items, they will get them replaced for me.

I always get this protection with everything that I buy at best buy. On the few products that I had to use it on, I ended up being very happy with they service. They cover exactly what they say they will cover. great service for a very low price

well from what is it covers is a good investment depending on what you are buying too i haven't needed it until now but hopefully is there when i do like i say depending on what you buy you should determine if is good for you do the math.

I had purchased a different pair but they were not working well. I came in and bought these and they were great. They were easy to set up. Battery lasted 8 hours at work and had great sound. Multiple options for sound as well. Great for the price.

Depends on who you ask. For years I have raved about Best Buy's protection plan. Hands down one of the best on the market for electronics. Until I experienced 3 separate nightmares at the Buckhead location. BUCKHEAD GEEK SQUAD FAILED MISERABLY! I this exact same issue to Edgewood location and was politely taken care of in ten short minutes. FIVE STAR REVIEW FOR EDGEWOOD GEEK SQUAD!

The Geek Squad replacement plan is virtually the only insurance plan that will fully replace or give store credit for any accidental damage or breakdown. It is such great value for money it would be silly not to buy it if you can afford to.

Have not needed this support yet but it is great to know that I have it in case anything goes wrong. I have used it in the past for other products with zero hassle and is why I will continue to get it and shop at Best Buy.

Some people dont believe in insurance on products purchased. Well i do. Bestbuys have always very very reliable. I know that the earbuds i probably wont need protection plan as a gift for my hubby. But being this is gift he is worth it.

Did not get a chance to use Geek squad yet for the this item but I have used them with other products and it’s soooo easy. They have fixed so many of my items and if it can’t be fixed you get a new item.. NOT REFURBISHED but new.

This is an awesome plan. Before this was not in place for things like apple products but now it is used to replace or fix apple products which is good for not waiting solely for apple to fix its own products by themselves..

Definitely recommend these replacement protection plans, you’re essentially always going to get that money back by either replacing it for the same one or putting it onto a store credit toward any other purchase in store or online

I always recommend buying geek squad service on times around $100 or more, preferably closer to $200. I like the no questions asked if there's something wrong with the item and you can get an exchange or in-store credit.

I buy products from Best Buy because of this Geek Squad offering. It is better than an other insurance you can buy from its competitors. This was for a product for my young son, and they replace it every time with no questions.

I decided to get insurance every time I buy anything since couple of months ago my TV wasn't working and I had insurance on it thankfully I was given store credit and I was able to buy a brand new TV and had some money left over.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection on higher tickets items. I can always feel confident Best Buy will stand by their products. Gives me peace of mind.

It’s always a great idea to protect your products. With everything going digital it makes more room for things To go wrong its best and cheaper to buy up front then to have to rebuy due to an issue with the product

Purchasing the extra coverage- insurance has been a earbud saver. Unfortunately, I had to use the service to replace my faulty pair of earbuds and the process was easy, and stress free. Well worth the extra cost.

The agents mounted my tv and connected it to my wall. The service was nice and neat. The total text support was very helpful with any issues I great with and of my electronics also. Whether in store or online.

I love the geek squad I am very hard on my stuff and they are always there to fix it. I have been renewing geek squad for more than 10 years and they have always been professional, quick service, and super helpful.
