I'm so happy that I was able to buy the extended warranty we need things like that sometimes they're a little pricey but I think the price here was right on target thank you so much for providing the service to us.

I will pay more for a product because the warranty is so good. nobhassles, just return, state the defect and get another one of your choosing. If it cost more the price you paid will go towards the amount.

Any electronics that I buy from Best buy, I always get the geek squad protection. this particular one was bought for a Bluetooth speaker I purchased in Las vegas, because I forgot my beats pill when I got here.

Omg, so worth the money!!!! I have had to use this on a tv, and if I had not purchased the Geek Squad, I would have been out of a crap ton of money! I highly recommend it on electronics, and such!!!!!

I definitely think this is worth it. I bought a Bluetooth speaker and I can see it being easily damaged. Although the speaker sounds great and of good quality, just wanted peace of mind with this purchase !

Thank goodness for geek squad. Not all products are made well any more. I don’t like to take a chance. Glad I had coverage and they took good care of me.

I highly recommend the protection plan. Why not go in store and walk away with a brand new replacement vs waiting weeks for one to be delivered through a warranty? This has saved me plenty of times!

Great thing to buy for expensive electronics! Just remember if you order online to read it before you buy it. It tells you it's a 2 year plan! But you can only use it one time in that 2 year period

Definitely worth it to buy the protection plan from Best Buy. I love being able to go in and deal with a pseudonym instead of dealing over the phone. Really get my money worth in the protection plans

Bought the accidental replacement warranty for my sons gaming headphones. 9 months later the headphones died and they were replaced with no questions asked. Great service and worth every penny!
