I opted for the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection with my Sony ULT FIELD 7 Wireless Speaker, and I’m glad I did. I will always get protection on all my electronics because why not! It keeps them safe and protected, against pretty much most things!!! Geek Squad is always nice and efficient!

Whenever I buy equipment, I always include a warranty. I've had the experience of buying one that started to give me problems, so I had to replace it with something else! I really like this warranty; I recommend it 100%.

Good cd player even if you have like 3 cds I would recommend

For any of my electronic purchases I would highly recommend getting the warranty, electronics can go at anytime and accidents happen. This is total peace of mind and security for my purchase.

Let me start by saying I am a huge sonos guy. My entire house is rigged with sonos products. Being that I love sonos I went to buy the sonos Roam to use when I would go out and discgolf. The sound was ok, but I was not satisfied with how flat it sounded in high volume. I ended up returning it and was recommended to try out the UE Wonderboom 3. The difference was night and day. Outside the music is extremely clear and full. For such a small speaker ot truley is impressive. Battery life is also amazing. I played for six hours at a park last weekend with the speaker playing music at about 75% volume. It handled it like nothing. I even had 3 more hours after that of musoc in my car that does not have a bluetooth connection.

Bought the protection plan after I bought the speaker Best Buy gives you 2 weeks (14 days) after the initial purchase to come back and buy the protection plan I loved that

Haven’t use this yet for warranty wise. Hopefully I won’t have to use it for my Bose speaker if I do geek squad is awesome. They have no problem replacing it if I have that problem thanks again. The downfall about geek squad is it takes forever to see somebody and I always swear on the extended warranties, they come in handy, sometimes win, sometimes lose

I can't say I ve had any trouble with my ultimate ears speakers. Except oh yeah I almost forgot. It tells you on the hyperboom box or unpacking I seen it. An true it is. Your neighbors or soon to be former friends are not gonna appreciate the booming sound you Will hear coming from the hyperboom speaker.lol!!! Be nice.

Easy to get replaced in-store or will give you store credit if you want to buy something else!

It’s really great to have this insurance because when mine wasn’t working anymore and it was still before the 2 years they changed it and gave me a new one

It is better to get wifi in the garage or something like that but it's not that big

I guess things kinda feel in place after I purchased the system and the ‘2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection’. A week later it went on sale $20 less, at same time I discovered the system has a 2 yr manfact. warranty, add that to the ‘Protection Plan’ I’m thinking 4 yrs coverage. How wrong I was. Via chat an agent kindly refunded my credit card $20, for price match. I also stated I saw the ‘GEEK Plan’ would expire 1 month after manfact. Warranty. Agent confirmed it ran concurrent to manfact. Warranty; it ‘ENHANCED’ the warranty with accidental coverage, at home repairs and accessories, not what I wanted. The agent refunded the ‘Protection Plan’, as well, back to my card. All over chat with no questions asked on system or warranty. So, I’ll take blame in part being that I AS-SU- ME’d the type of coverage. Otherwise nice system and from ordering system, over phone with local store agent to the credit cards refunds all with No Hassle, I’m all good with purchase. Will have to do some real thinking to purchase a ‘Geek Squad Protection’ in future.

This is my 3rd one. First one I lost second one did not want to charge third was a charm. This is my go to travel speaker wether on my scooter, or for vacation this thing is small, lightweight and easy to pack. Last a very long time on regular low levels and pretty decent time on full blast. Love how the bass is and have gotten many compliments on the sound quality.

After purchasing this insurance, now, I am at ease with my device, knowing that if any covered thing happens to it, it will be covered. Thank you geek squad!
