Simply AWFUL service. They compare themselves to Apple Support which is a joke. One and only time I called for technical support I waited two hours and hung up. Called APPLE. This service sucks

The Best Buy in Princeton mistakenly cancelled my Geek Squad warranty. They won't restore it at all. Bad customer service for sure.

Take to long to repair

They take a month to repair a laptop. It wasn't something that had to be sent off. It was repaired in the store.

Dont like there plans especially if you live 2hrs away from a best buy and you need your item fixed and the only way they can fix it or replace it if you drive those two hours

They replaced my laptop battery, but the issue was even worse. Then they told me there's nothing they can do so now I just have to keep my laptop plugged in. Not helpful.
