All members of the Geek Squad that I have meet with were really polite, pleasant and very helpful. They also worked hard to set up my computer the way I wanted and needed, In addition, they worked with me to try various different items to make sure that I had the info that I needed. I was very happy with each person 3 different times !!

[Employee of bestbuy] This keyboard functions AMAZINGLY for the cost. Long battery life, i’ve had it 6 monthscwithout having to charge it at all. I’d buy it 10 more times. I want to buy it for gifts & give it away. It connects to mac, windows, & everything seamlessly. Reccommend it to EVERYONE.

Easy to use, love that it connects to multiple devices, silent/soft clicks. I wish the box came with directions on how to setup the buttons though. The scroller gets stuck often (might be a feature) and clicks don’t always register.

All around a great gaming mouse. Their products are pretty durable with good quality.

Logitech still makes an excellent wireless usb connected mouse/keyboard combo, as evidenced by the same pair which works that I purchased more than 10 years ago! This new sleeker and more attractive combo is very impressive for the relatively low/very affordable cost.

Love the Black Widow V3 mini Hyper speed works flawlessly. Love the smaller form factor. The RGB is pretty cool as well. Long battery life

Brought my mouse in for a clicker issue and in the same day, merely a few hours in, they got me set right. Appreciate the help.

Long story short, if you want to ensure your purchase is secure and your day is free of headache, ALWAYS get the warranty. Be it Geek Squad or otherwise. That little extra cash is a life saver from the hundreds or thousands you might be spending replacing it all together.

I recommend 2-year warranty for all who get anything electronic. Never know when it may be used.

A great little keyboard for gaming. Didn't take a lot of space. Has that satisfying key click clock that is not too loud. Customizable function is good.

Bought this for my son who absolutely loves pc gaming.... He was happy as can be when I showed up with this! No issues out if what so ever and the best warranty was purchased with this as its a must!

Totally worth it, it’s cheap and covers damage on your mouse. I’m not sure what degree of damage it covers, but it’s totally worth it, considering this coverage is only $20 for my $170 mouse.

Geek squad was super helpful in diagnosing my pc issue quickly and offering guiding options on how to go about fixing it in the best, financially wise option.

[Employee of bestbuy] The Oled display is not bad but not as good as I hoped. It overall feels great but when I have the stand up it kinda feels awkward like the angle is bad but that might just be a personal problem

These are awesome It’s insane how they sound from Gaming, to listening to music or watching movies I can’t believe I wasted two years without these. Definitely recommend them they were totally worth it.
