I always buy Geek Squad Protection when it is available. I have had to use it a couple of times over the years, and it has come in handy. Best Buy has simply replaced the defective item with no questions asked. Highly recommend!

Great keyboard, the UI for the keyboard is amazing you can pick a color for each key individually, all the options are amazing, it clicks very loud, but eventually you get use to it, if you go from a flat laptop to this keyboard it’ll feel weird but you’ll get use to it.

We always get extra protection on our products. Have had gaming headsets that had cord issues at some point. Took them back to Best Buy, no issue with exchanging them. Already got a new 2-year plan on the new product.

Again do not leave the store without this if your buying a high priced, high quality item. Especially TV, this will save you 1000s of dollars. Warranty in store or in person to your home way easier than dealing w manufacturing company

I added the 2-year accidental protection for extra security, and I’m glad I did. The coverage is clear, the price is reasonable, and it’s great knowing I’m covered if anything unexpected happens. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable using my device every day. Definitely worth it for the peace of mind.

I'm using this for my laptop because I don't like to use the flat buttons I like the high buttons so I also have a second laptop and bought another one just like it to use. These are perfect for anyone that feels the same as I do.

It was fast and easy to install my 4TB SSD to my PS5. I have my entire PS5 library downloaded. I had to test out my favorite game, Returnal on PS5 (3rd image). All my PS5 games run great on the SSD. I also have my old external hard drive for my old PS4 games which I still use. I am currently finishing up Spider-man 2 on this M.2 ssd which still runs flawlessly (final pic).

Depending on the price of the product you're buying, it can be kind of expensive, but I have purchased other products from best buy, and also gotten the extra warranty, and can rest assured say that they stand true to their word! I've effortlessly returned a product that ended up having issues a few days before the 2 year warranty was up!!!

It's a great mouse.....fast response times, and it's just light enough to where it feels right in your hand I went from a heavy mouse to this one so I had to get used to the lightness of it but other then that it was great!

Didn’t know what to expect after using the Corsair M65 RGB very disappointed too many bugs and never really worked properly. But I gotta say, this mouse is WAY better than the Corsair M65. I absolutely love this mouse already. It’s a night and day difference truly. Highly Recommended! Worth every penny!

My download speeds on Steam went from 105Mbps to over 900. I was surprised because I was using an Evo 980 Pro and just thought 105 was the throughput from Steam - that that was why my download speed on gigabit fiber was 1/10 of my connection speed. I’m shocked at how fast it is now and was not expecting anything different, just a good new ssd to replace an old WD 1tb. Yay.

This warranty was a godsend! Most items have a 1-3 year manufacturer warranty which can be a headache to deal with. This 2 year warranty BestBuy offers allowed me to just switch it out for a new one. But the warranty is a one time use.

Great and reliable just in case you are a little clumsy just like me. Totally worth it. I got it for my headphones and it really saved a lot of money for me.

I have used this service to remotely fix my computer three times this year. Once for viruses, once to remove trackers and once to fix a screen that inverted the image after a lightning strike. Every Geek Squad member I have encountered was more than pleasant and understanding and solved my issue expeditiously. It is well worth it.

Absolutely made a difference even with PCI 3.0 the 770 doubled my speed and with two coupons. This is even faster so I snatched it right quick plus as you upgrade you already have a drive that will take advantage of the faster 4.0, and upcoming 5.0 PCIE protocol. Did a lot of research, real world and gaming applications. This is the best drive you can buy make sure you keep it cool for full power.

I’m glad I bought the protection. I bought the protection for headphones I got for my brother and he used them all day everyday. Needless to say they were beat up. I went to get a refund or another pair and geek squad was quick to help me.
